I am patiently waiting for my third tea cup charm to come. Originally I bought one for myself, then decided this was so cute I would get one for my friend for Easter. Then the beginning of this week I decided to get yet another, for my other good friend, again as an Easter gift. This is so all three of us would have a teacup each as we love to meet up for coffee and chats. Anyway, I ordered from Perlen as I usually do. It normally takes 4 days to come, always. On this last teacup charm order, it hasn't come yet. I was expecting it today, the fourth day from getting the email to say it's on the way. I know the post can be unreliable and it will probably come next week, but I got to thinking, what if it doesn't come? Has anyone experienced their charms not coming through the post from Perlen? What happens, do you put it down to a loss and purchase it again, or do you contact the post office/Perlen to see what they can do about it? I didn't pay for the special delivery because it wouldn't have been worth it (it would be the same price as in the shops then). Just wandered what peoples thoughts were........![]()
Haha, no! Just 4 days. It's always only taken 4 days which was why it made me wonder. I think it will come early next week. Our postal service here isn't the best. It's probs sitting in the sorting office! I always go for the free post as it feels like a bargain, except if I was making a big or expensive order, then I would go for the tracking. The slowest delivery I've had from perlen was 11 days. Have you reached that threshold yet?

Do you know what, to me, I think it looks better without the gold clips. It is a beautiful bracelet in every way.
Missydora, I was thinking of this charm for you. Not bling or pave but lovely two tone. With the extra 10% off at Jewel First, it will only be £29.25.
I do that too! I don't like two round or square shapes together and like to change up the texture too, like a sparkly next to a plain. Best way. Make it's unique .I agree too.The gold clips were detracting the harmonising scheme I had going. This original version is so much better. I had used a lot of my interior design skill on this bracelet.. There was a method to my madness, I would have one detailed bead next to a relatively smooth one. And then on the opposite side of a bead there would be the same effect a contrasting one ie smooth bead opposite a detailed one plus have a different shape bead opposite each other. So there wouldn't be 2 round beads opposite or next to each other or 2 of the same texture next to each other or opposite each other??? I know very paranoid??? Then I used muranoes to balance the overall look and used all muted pinks to harmonise the colour. Come to think of it, it used up a lot my brain power

Out of the two, defo get light as a feather cos it's new and sparkly! What are you doing to me lady, I'm suppose to be deliberating wether to get light as feather?? Then there's a bargain two toneI like that one aswell it's one that will go with a similar shaped Charm I have that's more textured than this but they will contrast well.

Well, many many years ago, my work experience was in the interior design dept of Laura Ashley! I work in a school now!We even think alike???. At the moment I'm creating a eclectic textured theme with the purple bracelet having gold, enamel, open works, CZ,. And purple to bring the whole lot together
Sounds lovely by the way! I want to create a red theme design. When I get the new Chinese charms, I want a red murano and will put some of the charms I already have to make up the design. We even think alike???.
