If you've only had the charm for a week I don't know why you couldn't return it for a replacement. Yep, that will happen just because of the design. it's also common for the heart tag to fall off. It's not very secure, so be careful!
Tried bringing to the store for an exchange but was told that they will only do an exchange for charms that are brand new and in saleable condition. And since the heart tag is already scratched they will not be able to do a replacement. Feeling so bummed now. But I can only have myself to blame for not checking it properly.
Have been purchasing my charms from overseas as its much cheaper outside SG and this is my first time purchasing from the local retail store which claims that the higher price we are paying is due to the benefit of having a one year warranty. But from what I see, the warranty is as good as useless. LOL!

silver lining! Ha. Don't worry, even if the tag did fall off, it's still cute, and it wouldn't be noticeable.
No tracking number. You just get an email to say it's shipped. The charms come in the new Pandora pop up box and Pandora tissue paper. I put the house charm in an old box to give to my friend as I thought it was better than the pop up box.hi tabitha,

I'm not sure which charm you mean. Do you have a photo? Charms do scratch and it's normal. You may have caught it on something and the scratch is more prominent that other small scratches. All my charms have tiny scratched and it is normal. If you have it polished out, they will just come back. So ladies. I've had my pave charms since Christmas. And well. I don't like them anymore on my two tone bracelet. So I'm gonna put them on my leather bracelet with the other charms I love but don't wear. Will definitely stack them.

Really lovely charm and bracelet.
The bangle will develop scratches regardless. Once you put charms on or wear it with another bracelet, it will rub and develop tiny scratches.

I did read earlier in this thread that there had been problems with charms on the bangle. I bought a dress charm to use on the bangle, however thought it looked better without charms.
Walked by my local Pandora store today and there was a HUGE lineup outside the store. All men, probably all last minute Valentine's Day shopping hahah.
