Has anyone else seen the club charm?? I'm a little underwhelmed

Me too, wonder if people will get it anyways as a collectors item as Im presuming it will be limited addition and not available in stores. People might buy to sell at higher price on auction sites I'm only speculating but I'm not buying it. I would rather have the mothers day heart open works dangle with the gold heart in the middle

Only in pictures, not in person. But underwhelmed as well. Certainly not worthy of space on any of my bracelets. I am sure they will sell, as there are collectors of limited edition pieces, but it's not for me.

What's a concept store?

Its a store that only holds and sells pandora jewellery and no other brands they will carry a huge /max amount of stock and variety. Concept stores can be franchise too but its hard to distinguish which are franchaised which are not they all look similar. In the uk it generally those that the front signage of the shop is named only as "Pandora". Im not very articulate today hope you understand

Hooray they exchanged my faulty bracelet with a new one. They were very nice about it too. They analysed it and say it looks more a manufacturing fault then anything I did as I normally wear it with even amounts of beads in each section and also have clips. They think that the links were weak by the looks of the misalignment and plus they noticed the raised thread that you put the clip over was a bit loose so they think it would have broke eventually. So glad they didnt accuse me of maltreating it because im very careful. It's scary when you read other people's experience when dealing with this kind of problem with pandora SA. Mind you I didn't exchange it at the concept store I changed it where I bought it which was independent jewellers that sell pandora. They gave me a option too of either bangle or snake chain. I chose the snake chain I've got enough bangles so pleased

It is so nice when you are pleasantly surprised by a stress free exchange. Thank goodness you didn't continue to wear it because there was a really good possibility of losing some charms in a very inconvenient place. The tube! The loo! The airport!

I was just at the Pandora store in my area buying my mom clips for her birthday and I asked if I could get the oxy bracelet and just pay the extra $5 during the free bracelet promo and they said yes! I'm so excited and had to share! Now I have to be patient until the end of March!
