Mine was conforming to the wrist nicely if the bracelet is full but if semi full there was a definite bend/kink that would make my bracelet look triangular its hard to describe but i got one of the office ladies with comparable wrist to me try mine on and it was same with her we started a comparison with rest of my collegues who had pandora mine definately is rather bent. Yet i dont sleep with mine on. I just hope pandora will replace and they dont send it away for weeks on end. I think this bend must have got me paranoid that it must be my wrist shape that was wrong. And so when i had my bangle I seemed less flustered as I wasnt always fiddling the beads so that they covered the kink/bend area near clasp so that it fell nicer. I think if i got a new one and the chain relaxed all the way round fully and uniformally i will be a happier bunny :D
They will probably give you a new one. I got one even though I was told to send it in for them to fix. I bet it's cheaper for them to just give us a new one instead of all the folderol over mailing it, fixing it, mailing it back, etc. Good luck!

Hooray they exchanged my faulty bracelet with a new one. They were very nice about it too. They analysed it and say it looks more a manufacturing fault then anything I did as I normally wear it with even amounts of beads in each section and also have clips. They think that the links were weak by the looks of the misalignment and plus they noticed the raised thread that you put the clip over was a bit loose so they think it would have broke eventually. So glad they didnt accuse me of maltreating it because im very careful. It's scary when you read other people's experience when dealing with this kind of problem with pandora SA. Mind you I didn't exchange it at the concept store I changed it where I bought it which was independent jewellers that sell pandora. They gave me a option too of either bangle or snake chain. I chose the snake chain I've got enough bangles so pleased :yahoo:
 
I'll have to post mine soon. I have mostly gold charms, it's on the gold and silver bracelet, and it's sort of a mix of the more solid gold charms and the gold murano white glass. It's about 70% full! and I don't think I'll fill it more. Has a lot of sentimental value for me. A lot.

How do I add a picture?

I normally take a pic from either a tablet or smartphone then go to this forum post a reply bit then press manage attachments icon. It takes you to another page to up load the pics . Where it says upload pic from computer I press Choose file 1 press that then it ask from which source gallery, email, etc I normally go to my gallery where my pic is choose a pic then press then it goes back to choose file page where it will now contain jpeg size on the choose file 1 box then press upload then wait till the jpeg file number appears below when that happens close the window and it should appear on the manage attachments with the jpeg number of photo. Sorry if this is hard to follow?..

That's great and you were lucky. My Pandora store was very snooty about the bangle which I took back. They wouldn't exchange and sent it off to Pandora. After four weeks Pandora advisef they should give me a new one. Then the manager put a new bangle in a box, didn't let me try it on and very briefly showed it to, and guess what - the replacement bangle had a faulty clasp. I really wasn't pleased.

I only encountered what would be considred a "normal" polite service when I took the faulty 2nd bangle to the flagship on Oxford St. They made sure I was happy and had tried on the now third bangle and were pleasant about it too.

Seems things really differ between the franchises.

Oh no you poor thing end up very huffy and puffy just trying to get your bracelet put right.so unfair. I hate that when especially if the SA is rude and ignorant seriously get flustered when they jump in with assumption that it must be my fault, not look after it. hoping that I will give up and forget the matter, such poor customer service. I get this kind of service from mainly concept stores where maybe some staff are not very well trained to handle complaints. I was worried I would encounter a scenario like yours today. As sometimes this jewellers have new girls that are not familiar with me. I have gone to this jewellers quite often over the years bought all my muranoes at least 15 of them from there
and plus hubby and kids get charms as gifts for me from them so are quite familiar with
us they are family run so I guess they don't act like we are just a sales number.
