That's great and you were lucky. My Pandora store was very snooty about the bangle which I took back. They wouldn't exchange and sent it off to Pandora. After four weeks Pandora advisef they should give me a new one. Then the manager put a new bangle in a box, didn't let me try it on and very briefly showed it to, and guess what - the replacement bangle had a faulty clasp. I really wasn't pleased.
I only encountered what would be considred a "normal" polite service when I took the faulty 2nd bangle to the flagship on Oxford St. They made sure I was happy and had tried on the now third bangle and were pleasant about it too.
Seems things really differ between the franchises.
