I've never had my charms put in a box at a store-in-store. I bought clips at a Concept store and they didnt' put that in a box either, but when I said I had an extra bracelet that needed a box (I didn't buy it then), the guy went back and got me a black bracelet box. So maybe they will if you ask? Any boxes I have have been from mail order from an actual jewelery store (and even then, not always). Hope that helps!

Ahh thanks for your help!!! ;) Much Appreciated!

That's great - thanks for the info!! Gonna go check out the video now.

YW!! :smile1:

Ok...I've read posts here/there in regards to a "Pandora guitar pick" to open clasp...

So there's a "actual Pandora guitar pick?" I can def use one to help open clasp...don't like using my nail....I'm assuming you can ask for one at Pandora store and are free....Or am I wrong?

Also......the Silver-Polishing cloths.......Are those free at the Pandora store? Or do you have to purchase them...

Just don't want to look all clueless when I go to Pandora later....
Thx all!! :D

There is a girl that sells guitar picks with a modified Pandora logo to use as a bracelet opener. They're pretty inexpensive, but they are not an official Pandora item :smile1:

Silver-polishing cloths...depends on your store. Some will give you one with purchases, some you have to buy for $5 or so. You can get one online or at any other jewelry store, it is not a special Pandora cleaning cloth though.

I have a guitar pick (just a regular one) and it works pretty good when the bracelet isn't on my wrist, but when it's on my wrist I still find it a struggle. I'm gonna try the opener from th store and see if it's any easier.

I found that the opener from the store slipped a lot. I thought it was a pain in the butt so I settled for the lobster clasp. I like the look of the barrel clasp better but the lobster clasp is the only one I can get open!

I read a bit ago that someone suggested those tiny spatulas that come with face creams...I have one and it worked pretty good!!

Then I remembered: wait.....my son has a guitar (ya 4got cuz he NEVER plays it...so i'll try one of his guitar picks later...) So either way I'm set, guitar pick or tiny spatula! HAHA! :graucho:

:roflmfao: I AM SO HAPPY AND EXCITED !!! :roflmfao:

I went to my Pandora store here in the UK today and a load of the cheaper end charms are reduced by £5 or £10 and I have loads of them on my wish list! For example, the sun, moon and stars charm is down to £20 from £30. Naturally I bought a couple but I think I'll be back there very soon for more!

This is all over the UK by the way, not just in my store. The shop assistant said the huge January price hike turned quite a lot of Pandora addicts off and they stopped buying.

You might be onto something there. I found the guitar pick slipped - I was hoping the opener might be thinner and easier. Sigh. I may consider exchanging myself.
