Hi Nin, good to have another Pandoraholic around here!
Can't wait to see pics of your bracelets....my silver with aqua and green muranos is nearly full too, and I started in February....
Issie and Using_Daddy's_$$, thanks for the website tips.....will definitely add them to my favourites! I can't believe how many bracelets Denmark Beads have in the Sample Ideas!![]()
I use the tiny thin hair elastics you can get - the bead can be twisted over it to hide it completely, but it stops the bead sliding around.
Anyone pick up the cupcake or apron yet? Would love to see some photos!

I had heard that the dove/love bird bead was going to be retired, as well. It is a lovely bead...one of my favorites, actually. If you are on the fence or waiting to get it, I would jump before it is retired! The prices going up, sometimes, just at the hint of retiring. I wouldn't want your bracelet to be without it! I almost wish that I had more than one of that particular bead. It makes quite a statement on the bracelet. It is a bit bigger than other beads and the gold birds really stand out. Sometime, I wear it along on the leather cord or my Pandora necklace!
The bead that I have was a little too oxidized for my tastes when I purchased it, but with some polishing and wear, it has developed a great patina that I really love. The oxidized birds are more gray, than stark black.
OMG, that is genius!! I want to get the pink BCA leather bracelet, and will definitely do that to keep the beads in place.
Thanks!
Ok, I am at the beginning of my pandora experience. Where would you suggest I start. Or more specifically with what?
thank you - have you posted a picture of your nearly finished green bracelet? I'd love to see it!
Wow, I never thought of that...Great tip, thanks. I'll have to try that this weekend![]()
If you can't get the really tiny ones, to save wrapping it round too many times, you can cut it and tie a small knot in it - that works too. The really small ones are best though!
Are you doing 2tone or mostly silver? If you are doing 2tone and if you can swing it, I would start with the 2tone bracelet because it you dont you will just end up grading later and you could have put that money toward the 2 tone from jump street. I would also start out with 2 clips and a bead.
