The genuine packaging is usually a white box with an embossed crown on, rather than a printed yellow one. They also have little cardboard boxes with tissue paper inside. If you are unsure of an items authenticity, look on the pandora official website and see if it appears on there, if not it is fake. However, one exception at the moment are the brand new charms, I haven't seen those on the website as yet. Hope this helps :-)
I have used this seller before, and even though it is Australian, the postage is just as quick as if it was from the UK! The items are also genuine :)

Wow JulieJewels I am so sorry to hear about your bracelet!!!! I have never had a Pandora bracelet break but a Chamilia leather bracelet did while I was cheering my son on at a basketball game...........what drama. I did recover everything but I did eventually sell off my Chamilia.

I am happy to report you inspired me (from a earlier post). I bought the clear murano with the black heart to go with a special Swarovski crystal charm I have and I :heart::heart::heart: it. I never paid much attention to the heart muranos cause I always saw the pastels though I love DivaDivine bracelet pastel heart murano creation ;). The clear with the black just seems made for my Swarovski crystal skull charm. Here goes ............

umamanikam, I have the pendant and earrings that matches the necklace that you are considering. If you like that design, you might look at the pendant which you will have to supply a chain, (i have a gold chain) but it will go on your bracelet as well. The earrings require hooks/posts, which I made myself with things I had. Some of these earrings will work with as a post earring if they situate right on the post.

juliejewels, sorry to hear about your broken bracelet..i was just reminded today to get clips.! i think that picking clips is the most important first purchase now. the clips keep the bracelet from bending and snapping.

Juliejewels, yes, mee too, sorry to hear about your bracelet breaking. I had my own Pandora drama last night....my retired pink sunflower bead lost one if its pink CZ stones so today I took it back to the jewellers and they are sending it away to see if it can be fixed. Fingers crossed...

While I was at the jewellers, I bought a blue flower murano and the two-tone blue baby boot dangle. I just replaced the yellow murano and citrine dangle on my current bracelet for a change.

Aprilshack, this is a fake. I only buy from ebay if I know the seller is authentic. You need to check their feedback and have a look of their other items they have for sale - if there is anything there that isn't in the Pandora book or on their website, then its probably a fake.

You can also ask on here and someone will be able to help. Another great seller to UK on ebay is Charming888 she is based in Australia but I have bought from her before and all items are genuine.:D Hope that helps

Thanks for all the advice ladies! It's very much appreciated! There was another seller with the same safety chain for a buy it now price of £15, i was very nearly tempted to buy it! I thought it may of been a retired item. Is it safe for me to buy my bracelet to wear without the clips for a while? I will only be buying the one charm & wearing it at weekends.Are the kinks in the bracelets to do with the weight of the charms?

I was wondering about any good sellers on ebay.Thanks for the tip! :)

aprilshack be very careful on ebay for fakes as there as alot around.i take it you are from the uk.
look out for ebayers that sell pandora all the time and check there feedback.
i know quite a few of them so feel free to ask me if they are genuine or not.x

What about older charms that have been retired & are not in the catalog? Is there somewhere on the net to see what has been released in the past? Out of interest of past designs & avoiding fakes if any charms that I don't see in the present catalog.

I have one purple flower bead, I am not sure where to go with it, but I have a white polka dot and white stripe murano next to it at the moment.

Using Daddy's- Kendalldew? Yeah, where is she? I'm wondering about that.

April- Wisconsin Beads Ebay. Good, I bought my gold clasp bracelet from them.

I heard... that there will be a alot of purple charms coming soon. That's all I know. I heard there are a few more charms retiring as well. Anyone got any scoop on anything?:wondering
