Have made some minor changes to the arrangement of my bracelet......... still think the ring of roses bead on the left next to the dangle is on count down to exit my bracelet... he better be on his best behavior!

Wow! I just love what you are doing w/your bracelet and watching it grow. :yahoo:
The placement and balance look great!

Are you adding any more Muranos? I cannot remember if I already asked you. :)

I was on vacation when my local store had the Pandora promotion, and they would not take either an advance order or a phone order during the promotion. So I bought the beads from another Canadian dealer who sells online. I bought the Suitcase, Happy Fish, Stiletto Dangle, two spacers, Handbag with pink cubic zirconia, and a pink zigzag Murano. (As you can see, I am just buying ones I like, rather than doing a theme perse - other than pink & purple, if you can call that a theme.)

They are in the mail to my house and I am now in China, so it will be a couple of weeks before I actually get them on my bracelet. I will post a photo when they come.

Hi ladies, I'm after a little bit of advice please. In May I bought a couple of Pandora rings from unforgettablemoments.co.uk and I only recently discovered one of them doesn't have any hallmarks  because I took it in store to be cleaned!! I've sent this complaint letter off to them (and cc'd Pandora customer services).

Do you think I'm being unreasonable? I'm hoping this can be sorted out pretty quickly. Has anyone experienced this before, if not with this website, any other similar incident??

TBH it really upset me to think I may have been scammed, so I'm hoping they won't mess me about x

I placed an order with you on 25th May 2010 for two Pandora rings: 190139 (size 58) and 190826AM (size 59). My order number is XXXXXXXXX

The reason for this complaint letter, is that I have taken them into a store to be cleaned and to my utter dismay ring 190139 does not have any hallmarks. It is my understanding having spoken to a representative from Pandora this week, that all their silver jewellery is hallmarked 925 and ALE. This unfortunately leads me to question the authenticity of the ring.

The ring 190826AM does have hallmarks: 925 and ALE. However, due to the issue noted above, I cannot help but also question the authenticity of this ring.

Upon advice, I would like you to issue me with a replacement ring 190139 (size 58) with genuine hallmarks, and if this cannot be done I expect to be refunded. I would also like you to prove the authenticity of 190826AM.

I expect this matter to be resolved at your earliest convenience, I do not expect to pay postage.

I look forward to hearing from you

I know Pandora have strict quality control, but maybe the odd piece does get through with missing hallmarks, defects etc?

I hope you get it sorted soon. x

@SydneyGirl, As soon as my store gets the new ones, which only God knows when, I plan on getting the witch, sleigh, purple heart enamel and the red heart enamel. I may get one of the leather with the over-sized muranos on it if I love it. We will see. Hopefully, I'll still have birthday money left over when they come in.

tiggernic - good luck with trying to replace it, hopefully they will help you - Pandora is normally pretty good with things like that.

Thanks ladies. I had a response to my email today assuring me their pandora products are authentic... and they can exchange it for one with hallmarks, plus refund my postage of it to them.

Fingers crossed it will be the end of it x

Good.Glad it's getting sorted out. :) Is the company you bought off an authorised retailer?

That's what I thought... if they're not authorised but believed to be authentic, they must sell the range to them otherwise they wouldn't think it was authentic...? Odd. They're obviously can't be 100% authentic as mine isn't!!

The same prices were exactly the same as pandora in store.

Thanks heaps, Using_Daddy's_$$ !!

Are you thinking of getting any of the new beads? ;) If so, which ones?

I can't wait to see the match items and then I usaully build from there. However the two-tone star has been on my mind :graucho:.

4 days left!!!;)
I want one of those rubber bracelets with the oversized murano, I can't wait to see them ITL!!!!!!!!!!!!

The rep at Pandora said "For your information, unforgettablemoments.co.uk is not an authorized retailer, but as far as I know, their products are authentic PANDORA" <snip>

They may be what is known as a 'gray market' seller. Meaning that they buy the Pandora product from an authorized channel and re-sell. They may have a connection who is willing to do it for volume or whatever.

Given how strictly Pandora control their franchisees, I am surprised that anyone gets away with it, though.

Hello, I am new and finally got my first bracelet s/s with only two charms but see myself finishing this bracelet before the end of this year. Does anyone know with the sale this weekend can you upgrade to the oxidized s/s clasp bracelet? Thanks
