Hello

New to Pandora hoping to make my first purchase next month:yahoo:
A couple of questions if anyone can please help.

Can anyone please tell me which braclets are less likey to tarnish?
I have been told by a few people that the oxidised bracelets lose there colour and would rather get one that is not likey to do so soon after purchase. Does anyone have a link/picture of the non oxidised bracelets?
The $40 and $55 bracelets dont say oxidised in description on the website but the $60 says it it is oxidised?

Also wondering if anyone knows of best place to buy Pandora in New York? I am going in 3 weeks and Pandora is cheaper in the US than here in UK and was hoping to buy from NY.

Thanks in advance for responces.

I need opinion and suggestions:
posting two pics of my bracelet with different Muranos.
I am not a huge fan of Muranos and like them to really blend in.

I bought three white lotus 14K Muranos, but have decided to return them this week since on my mixed bracelet, you don't really see the gold enough to justify the cost ( would rather buy more gold or perhaps even the crown charm) .

I was playing with some white and golden yellow muranos. I thought the golden yellow would bring out my gold charms. I am not 100% sure what I think. I need everyone's expert opinion ;) and suggestions. I am thinking of ditching the white and getting two more golden. I like the muranos to be somewhat symmetrical.

So what do you think?

Pic 1 is with the clear/gray heart Muranos I have worn for almost a year. ( ignore my leather bracelet in the way!)

Pic 2 is the latest creation with the white and golden muranos.

I do like layering my bracelets, so the leather will prob be worn with what ever version I decide.

Thanks so much! ~ Julie~:D

I also like the 1st one better. I had the golden muranos on my 2 tone but I got bored with them and took them off. I am not a huge fan of muranos but have seen beautiful bracelets with muranos. I do have 2 muranos on my all silver bracelet. I prefer adding color using stones instead of muranos. But on Pic2, I prefer the golden over the white.

hi Julie,
On your second bracelet. I would do 4 golden Flowers for You or try 4 tan and brown Captivating muranos. Your first set (black-n-white) can go with grey and black clothes and the 2nd look will look great with ivory and brown clothes. See below for the bead I am referencing....

Good luck!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Hi Julie

See my Avatar - I have used 2 white spot muranos and 1 yellow murano on my two-tone bracelet and I love it - I feel it gives me just enough yellow to mix in with the gold and the white with grey spots balances it out. I was also debating to swap to all 14k white mystic muranos but changed my mind and started my new bracelet instead.

Hey Nelly and all the other Aussie girls on here, I just noticed that Gilletts has the new beads. I really like the sleigh for Christmas, and the butterfly dangle that separates into 2 : one for yourself and one for your friend :flowers:

Nelly, I saw the start of your new bracelet on the picture thread: beautiful! That gold breast cancer bead with the pink stones really stands out!

Hi SydneyGirl
Thanks for the comment on my new bracelet. It has grown since I posted that picture last week becasue it was my birthday and I was very spoilt off my family.
My Mum & Step Dad gave me 2 muranos (pink zig zag & purple flowers) and the little handbag with pink stone and a purple amethyst dangle. I also went and got my pink murano off layby - purple one still there and added that too. I'm wanting to add clips soon becasue they all hang in the same spot. I'm running out of room it seems already!!!

I saw the new charms on Gilletts but I think I'd like to see them in the shops first to see what they look like in real life before deciding on any - I love the 14k ruby dangle and this it would look great on my bracelet if its the same pinky colour as it looks.

Since I haven't yet commited to buying/starting my bracelet, I'm constantly creating my future bracelet on the Pandora website.

I want something to signify November (my birth month) and see that there is an Amber dangle that is labeled November. I've never known Amber to be related to November, so I guess it strikes me as odd. Then I saw a Citrine bead which to me relates a bit more to November.

Anyone have either one of these beads? What do you think is better to get the amber or the citrine?

Thats Fabulous,
The oxidized bracelet will fade I have been told by SA's at Pandora. It also looks best with similar beads, so you have to decide which way to go. I would say go for the regular silver, with gold clasp. I'm glad that I finally got it. Google Pandora NYC, I see one on 6th Ave (aka Ave of Americas) Have fun in NY, tax will be high 8.875 on those purchases, so check that the difference in price is worth it.

Ok, I'm done at least until Christmas! I went to the jewellers at lunchtime just to have a look at the clips and ended up purchasing both the silver with gold flower clip and the one with the hearts & pink sapphires. So, my bracelet now has 12 beads & 2 clips! Its looks great and I like having a bit of room on it so the plans are to now pay off my other 14k purple lotus murano still on layby then hopefully wait until Christmas.
The Jewellers did give me a large polishing cloth (valued at $10) so that was a bonus!
A funny story, the jeweller asked me if I want to use my $30 credit that I have with them - I was a bit puzzled then realised my sister must have got me a Pandora voucher for my birthday last week - I haven't seen her yet but will act surprised when I do!

Has anyone been on Gilletts' website lately? You can see some of the new fall beads. You have to go on each category but that's ok since they highlight the newest beads. The new murano beads are larger and there are silver swirl clips with either onyx, iolite or citrine stones. I love Santas sleigh!!! It is so adorable! Can't wait until they all come out! In "O" Magazine there's a Pandora advertisement where you can see the new bumpy wood bead. I hope that they have it in the muirapiranga color.
Can't wait, can't wait......:graucho:

I'm new to the world of Pandora, as a concept store has recently opened in my town in the UK. I'm liking the silver tipped cotton lariats & was wondering how well they last & what is the best way to display the charms on the lariat used as a bracelet? Thanks. :)

Also, can anyone tell me of any reliable ebay sellers? I know there are a lot of fakes floating around. Are there any comprehensive sites with pics that show all the retired beads & charms?

Does anyone here have the pandora stackable rings? Which ones? I am trying to find a good combo that will go with my Pandora bracelets as well as my David Yurman cable bangles. Am thinking of wearing a stack on my middle finger on my right hand. Thoughts?
