So sorry to hear this!!!! I am sure its a freak thing! Like LipGlossQueen mentioned. I left Chamilia due to the fact of their stones fell out. Best of luck. If the missing stone in the spacer bothers you remove it until your replacement comes.

This happened to me too. Pandora replaced it immediately but I was leary and sold it. I think I made have cleaned it to frequently in the Pandora tumbler. LMAO. Be careful and good luck with that bead its super pretty and I miss it!

That could be the mystery charm i asked hubby for Christmas, part of me hopes it isn't one of the mother of pearl charms now... It's ok if it falls out within the first 12 months of the guarantee but you are stuck with a defective charm if any of the hearts comes out after 12 months.

It's lovely! I didn't realize that the charm had diamonds all the way around until i saw the pic in the photos only thread. Considering it has been out for a while & i have never seen one on ebay, it must be quite rare! I guess i will have to win the lottery & go to Vegas, hubby won't suspect a thing!

I guess the thousands upon thousands of Pandora charms that are made, the odd ones slip through.Knowing the luck i get, one of them will find their way to me!

I know I am going nuts... I am actually mentally working on two bracelets the two tone one and a silver on.. I think I will work on the together because if DH get me the silver bracelet I will buy the silver with Gold Lock right after X-mas..

I have already taken pictures of the bag and the boxes for my reveal...

I also got my Bi-annual bonus and I am thinking of gettin a charm that I really love and is not on my wish list..

It's not an up to date pic, i have the perfume bottle charm, strawberry charm & a spacer on there now too. I'll post an up to date pic when i get my double champagne leather bracelet & mystery charm off my husband & my queen bee charm off my Dad on Christmas day!

I know for sure I am getting 2 beads, one I bought for myself a few months ago, and one from my family but I don't know what it is. Also, my Mum already gave me a clip for my 2-tone, the new swirly one with citrine stones. Love it!

24 hours after ordering it being ordered by my jeweler, I have my replacement spacer! Talk about fast! While I was in the store picking up the replacement spacer, I also got two purple Muranos that have hearts on them.

I'm loving Pandora charms... They are new to Asia Pacific and it's my new obsession! Many "retired" charms are avail here so would advise against getting them at exorbitant prices! I so love the Violet Love Grey Hearts but they aren't avail here :nuts: My colour theme of my bracelet is pink and my latest purchase is the Angel of Hope! It's so sweet!I especially love clear murano glass beads

yeah, that's so great that you got it before the holiday and now you don't have to wear the one with the missing stone. The heart murano beads are awesome. My store has been sold out of them for ages but I got them before they sold out, whew. I have the blue, pink, purple, black and red. I love them.
