Ok, I emailed pandora Denmark as the uk Pandora couldn't help with the id of that mystery silver & pink rhodolite charm.Good news! Here is the reply I got today:

The charm will not be available until next year (precise date not available but it will be at the beginning of the year)
It will be removed from the app.

My local Jared says they get Pandora orders 2-3 times a week. When I went the last time they were already sold out of a lot of things, so I'm thinking it's the holidays.
Possibly, yes.I have a feeling that charm wasn't even meant to be on the iPhone app, as it wasn't even announced on the main site yet.
I work for a Pandora Store and we heard there is a big shortage on beads. Too many stores, not enough experienced people to make the beads. An example, the flower muranos are on back order for months because they stopped production of those ones to make the new candy stripes and swirls muranos.
There are now 9 concept stores in my area not including the shop in shops and gold level stores. Its crazy. 6 of them just opened within the last few months.

I am trying to decide if I want to score the two-tone black diamond bead ...its almost 50% off. I nornally dont ponder but I just returned from Christmas shopping.
