Your last sentence is a good description of some of the businesses. I went to Something Silver a while ago, and two high school age girls were so rude. They were not showing items, laughing, keep saying they are not hearing what I am saying. I was stunned. Something like this is usually done when you are the only customer around. In a big company complain to the executives play a big difference. Nobody in the corporate wants sales people be rude to the customers. It is insane for the business.

I went to a store to try a full 19cm; they didn't have it but I tried it with 3 muranos and I think it's just right. The 18cm with the muranos had no room to move at all, so that's that dilemma sorted.

I love your bracelet! And the apple charm! I really want one but spent way to much since the beginning of August so I am on a self imposed ban till Xmas (once my latest goodies arrive, that is :graucho: )

I've always loved yellow gold/silver or white gold combo and so much of my jewellery features this that my two tone bracelet will fit in perfectly.

I am incredibly weak too. I really didn't need another money draining addiction now but can't resist a good deal on charms that I have planned for, or to get a few so that my new bracelet gets to a wearable stage, as opposed to a hotch potch of charms that don't go together. I think I have done that now and am trying for a ban till around Xmas time...Wish me luck!

P.S. It is so much easier doing this via a computer vs tablet.

So sorry you had such a bad experience. I would have gone ballistic if they did that to me in a store; especially with the refund gone wrong. Like everyone else says, you should definitely complain on a higher level and then decide if you want to give the brand another go. It can be disheartening having such a bad start.

Hi everybody!

Longtime lurker here :)
I've enjoyed admiring everyone's creativity, so I wanted to share my designs.
Here are my works-in-progress: my lime, two tone, red & purple, Halloween, ocean, and champagne bracelets. Some charms are off-brand, but are so special! The one that looks like oval lights on my ocean bracelet is actually filled with sand from Boothbay Harbor maine, where I got engaged!!

I hope to begin a Christmas, kitten & animal print, and fairy tale/ wedding bracelet with all the adorable charms recently released.

(I hope I did the link right- I've never posted from my phone!

Good morning from the sunny side of the world, UAE :)

I just want to share my pandora bracelet which I got for my birthday last January from DH. I am planning to add 2 muranos and then I'm off to get a new bracelet (might get the oxidised one or the new bangle).

P.S. I also bought the double braided leather bracelet for my 7 year old daughter which she uses as her necklace, she's a skater ;)

I haven't seen this idea before, it's great! I don't think the double bracelet would go round my neck :p but will try this when I get a triple in the future. Thanks for the idea:D

Beautiful collection, what colour muranos are you gojng for? I need two more but not sure to get all 3 the same or go for something contrasting.
