: I'm trying to remember; do you have an 18cm? I'm between sizes 18 and 19cm. Hubby bought me a silver barrel clasp (I finally have one, yay!) and it's a bit loose at 19cm. It would prob be good with muranos and if it didnt strech, I'm guessing an 18 would be too tight for them. Argh, what to do?

Do bracelets only strech if full or regardless? Thanks!

Ladies I need some help please.

I picked s up what I thought was a bargain on evilbay to re sell. It was advertised as a pandora bracelet and two genuine charms. I'm sure the bracelet is fine and I think the murano is called captivating? I'm not sure what the heart is perhaps a chamila heart with love?

Any ideas please if genuine and what the heart is?

Me either but it seems lots of people do. A friend of mine said a few months ago that she should start wearing more silver and gold which i thought odd but must be the *it* thing to do.

I've been to two different stores.

At one store, the SA acted as if she couldn't care less and I had to ask her several times to help. I was there to pick up a gift, but actually wanted to get a few more charms for myself, but decided not to since she made me feel as if I was bothering her. I spent most of the time looking by myself. It wasn't even as if I was asking her to show me a million things. All she did was take something out of the case and rang it up.

At the store near me, the SA's are wonderful. The store manager took back an item without a receipt. Also, during the last promotion, I was very indecisive and changed my mind several times before finally picking out the color of the free leather bracelet. I even brought it back after I paid for it to exchange. I was a pain, but the SA was very patient and helpful.
