Crazy promo question. For u.s. Pandora shops, is it a free bracelet for every $100 you spend? I was thinking about buying a gold charm and then since they can be $300, does that mean $65 x 3? I was curious...

no, I think it's for each $100 transaction- so if you buy a gold charm for $300, it's one bracelet, but if you go back three times for three $100 charms then you can get three (if they don't recognize you).

Thank you ladies for replying here is a little bit of what happened to me.

I went into the store with every intention of buying the Fleur Watch in white the first representative to help me was very rude, I did not want the display model that I wanted a brand new one. She proceed to check me out without looking to see if the store had what I wanted all the while rolling her eyes & making faces at my request. After I had paid for my item she informs me that you only had two display models in your store, I told her I did want that & would like to get my money back. Instead of giving me my money she charged me a second time and gave me so much attitude all the while she processed my return.

At this point I started dealing with a second representative I explained to her what just happened and she proceeded to refund my money but told me that I can only get a refund by Visa not debit which is how I paid. The store refund policy does state that my refund would be given to me in the same form that I purchased in but now I have to wait 3 days for the Visa transaction to be put back in my account. Now not only am I going to have to pay a bank fee. I waited 30 minutes to leave with nothing but a cleaning cloth and find out that not only was I not getting my money back for mistakes made by the employees.

I'm so frustrated that i honestly don't know if i want to bother with the company anymore.

wow this salesperson was kinda sneaky not to let you know that she was selling you a display watch instead of a brand new watch, and giving you sooo much attitude in the process. i dont' understand why she insisted that it had to be back on visa and not debit when it was HER mistake for processing a transaction TWICE!! not sure if a manager was there or not but i would definitely let the manager know because clearly it states that you get back funds the same way it's processed, and that the salesperson neglected to tell you that you are getting a display model after she rang up the purchase. if the manager backs up the worker, then i wouldn't ever go back to the store and give them any business. but if the manager is apologetic, then it sounds like it's the salesperson with the problem and not the entire attitude of that store itself.

it's called "with love" from chamilia.

i looked into getting this charm in the summer, but i settled on some other gorgeous chamilia muranos. they have some really awesome muranos!!!

Thanks for that, I was surprised how cute some of their charms are and surprised too how pricey they are as I'd never heard of them before

Do safety chains come in different lengths?

Yep 4 and 5 and 6cm chains, assume in all styles.

Right! I'm weak! I've just purchased another lobster bracelet from jewel first... Will buy two clips Saturday morning! X

We need the equivalent of AA to sort us out! Reveal??

I never used to complain about anything until I have a customer facing role. It made my expectations so much higher and not I'm not afraid to say if I think I'm getting rubbish service. Please, thank you and show some interest in the product you are selling and knowledge goes a long way IMO. Let the store manager know, tell them how disappointed you are. I had to do this with a travel firm I use through my employer recently, after some constructive feedback, it was like a new person has joined he firm, total transformation!

If the SA get commission,it's their loss if you go elsewhere.

I can only say that I feel for you in this situation. I would never have been treated that way at my Pandora concept store, so I don't think that the way it was handled is a corporate decision, but maybe a way they handle transactions in that store. It's too bad that some inept woman, who obviously doesn't care enough about her job or the company she represents, should be allowed to interact with the public!! The good thing is that it doesn't happen like this in every Pandora store...it's just too bad it DID happen to you in your store!!

I would nearly guarantee that if you write to Pandora head office customer service with a complaint that there will be big repercussions for this store. Businesses in customer service and sales tend to take complaints very seriously and they may have a meeting to see if retraining needs to be done or disciplinary action to be taken.
