Is there another way to contact customer service other than the email address? I have had problems with both my orders (first order the wrong color keyfob was sent and second order i was sent a pilot that looked used and had the wrong wristlet strap color) and I have not heard anything back at all!

Hi ginamae- Just spoke with CS this morning after I read your post. They are aware of your issue and let me know that they have replied and are working to sort out the issue. Please let me know via post here if the issue is not resolved by Monday.

Thank you! I'm really glad that we're doing product videos again.

There is a video on the site for both the Deneuve & Conrad. The Deneuve is smaller than the Conrad, but it's boxier in depth. The Deneuve holds a lot and I love the organization.

The holiday rose gold capsule (Anouk, Pierre, Celina, Ramone, HH Clutch Wallet) is really fantastic. The shrunken texture on the leather is TDF. I'm also obsessed with the leopard haircalf Bowdoin and Margaux...it's a 'perfect' classic 50's-60's era leopard print in both pattern and coloration. Good leopard haircalf is so hard to find. This one is my platonic ideal.

Scarves? Seppy, I think you have 'The Shine'. We are planning to release two new limited edition scarves (20 of each) around Halloween, so stay tuned.
