Renza- did CS ever back in touch with you in regards to your above post?
RubyBegonia- We improved the old HH turnlock design by changing to a fliplock for Fall13. The lock is much more secure and durable with the new 'fliplock' design. The 'turning' feature of the turnlock was never a feature to close the locks, it just turned, then flipped down to close. We just eliminated an unnecessary step.
Hokka- If your Pilot clutch is within our one year warranty range, we will repair for you. Please refer to our warranty and exchanges area under our Customer Care area of the site: http://www.haydenharnett.com/customer_care.html#warranty
