Hi sallyca. I am still transitioning to Florida but we now have a permanent place to park our collective heads. I can't leave my mom so the move won't be for a while. I have not been buying bags or anything of the sort since Toni left HH because after receiving one or two things that were so sub-par I knew that this was NOT the HH I had loved. Now that Toni is back, I decided to return to this SF so I could join in the discussion of good things to come.

Hayden-Harnett Any canceled orders have been refunded by the previous owners. If they are not refunded, you need to contact your credit card company.

Have been out of the loop on the forum for quite some time but read Toni's post about rejoining HH as Creative Director on FB and had to come here to get more info. So happy to have Toni back. Have always loved HH but haven't needed to have anything for a while. Can't wait to have that special feeling back!
I guess they are trying to get a fresh start with AHQ. Here's hoping that HH is doing something to appease their dissatisfied customers, and that the brand is on its way back up!Negative comments have been deleted from the HH Facebook page.

ETA: There are still a couple of complaints in the comments about un-shipped orders from the previous ownership. I don't think they tried to pretend that nothing ever happened.

A new Paule Marrot accessories line could be a possibility in the future. We love working with them.
Kiki satchel- definite possibility in a revamped version.
Bri: As per company policy (even through previous management) you would have only been charged for a shipped item. Unshipped items are never charged.

I've been MIA from TPF for more than a year and had "unliked" the HH page because, once you left, it wasn't HH for me and I had 0 desire to purchase whatever it was that was passing for your scrumptious creations.
