Part of the problem, I suppose, is that when they updated the website, they didn't keep certain information on it - e.g. "This item ships in 1-2 weeks." Frankly, I think that's pertinant information. The other problem is that no one bothered to tell me that it would take that long. And there's the oddity that I was told that it was, indeed, in stock, and it wasn't. Or it was sold. I don't know. It's already been a week. I'll wait another week before I get really irritated.

lovely! i can see how a small item like a pomp or pilot could look different depending on what part of the leather you got. it looks like certain panels are lighter in color than the others.
The Mother's Day code (Major Mother's Day savings...15%...are they kidding?) cannot be removed. It cannot be replaced with a better code if you have one.
This means that I can't use my gift certificate until Monday.
The new system reads gift certificates as coupon codes. Because codes are cannot be stacked, gift certificates cannot be used with coupons.
Yuchhh...I hate "gotcha" ordering systems that seem to have been programmed to make sure that customers pay the absolute maximum whether or not they're entitled to a discount. If gift certificates present a problem for the system...FIX THE SYSTEM OR STOP SELLING GIFT CERTIFICATES.
Shopping is supposed to be fun, not work.

We would like to clear up the issue around the ‘Rising’ handbag that was displayed on our website earlier this week. This was an error that was a result of our testing software. This bag should not have been displayed on the public site.
As many of you know, the website recently transitioned to a more robust infrastructure. This was a large undertaking and we have done our best to minimize mistakes.
