The new Pont Neuf.....Yay or Nay?

The purse is pretty. It is just not my style. The bag is too stiff and tall for my taste. I love barrel shaped medium to small sized satchels.

I am thinking about a Pont Neuf....I love it but I am a little hesitant because it is a little "stiff" and I wish it had an outside pocket. I am really going back and forth...what do you all think about this bag? Yay or Nay?

Thanks for the reply on my previous question about the front flap. You don't use the front pocket very often (I will not either), but, did you noticed any crease. I love this bag, I am thinking too much just because it is pricy.

i have to say nay; it makes for a nice piece of eye candy but is impractical due to its stiffness and non-moving handles.

Does any one has experience in empreinte Dune color. It's so beautiful. Does it require lots of care for the color transfer from cloths, If use as a shoulder bag.

Thanks for all of the opinions. The nays seem to be far out pacing the days and with interesting reasons. I think that you all may be right that the cons (function) outweigh the pros (beauty) on this one.

i am a definite 'Yay." it has everything i like in a hand-bag - structured yet feminine. the handles don't bother me at all since i'd never use the shoulder strap.

I LOVE this bag...I think it's beautiful. I am a huge fan of top handle bags though. My 2 "wish list" bags are this and the Steamer right now. So a YAY from me!
