I'm your height and the mini is perfect for everyday and is roomier than you would think. I have found I can wear the regular size too (but only in lighter colours or it looks to big and heavy). If you want navy I would recommend the mini
I owned the brandy avion and wound up selling it because it just didn't do it for me. I now have the cammello azzurro and love it. Have also owned the black flamma and liked it more than the brandy.
so i've had this beauty for a couple of weeks now, but i've kept quiet because a) i can't believe i have it and b) it's not exactly the colour combo i thought i wanted but the more i look at it the more in love i am with it!
my magpie heart is absolutely in love with it, but my brain isn't so sure as this is the mini and while it's perfect for my height (152cm) its carrying capacity is less than what i'm used to (i'm the kind of person that carries an umbrella and a scarf even if it's sunny and only 10% chance of rain). my brain wants to sell this one to finance a lady bag in camello or brandy which would suit my lifestyle better but... :cry:

That's funny! I did the exact opposite. Had the camello Azzurro it was what I thought would be the perfect combination. Ended up selling it and got brandy avion.
But really it's down to what colour is preferred. We aren't all going to like the same thing. So between the black flamma and brandy avion as per the previous post, it really isn't something others can decide.
exactly! I thought the brandy was going to be more of a saddle color and the avion was just a bit too gray for me...otherwise gorgeous bag!
I love the bucket bag, so, it's not about that at all! I just thought that the brandy was going to be more of a saddle color and that avion would be more blue...so, for me it was just preference of a different color!
I'm your height and I recommend the mini. It fits my large wallet, Chanel sunglass case, large-ish makeup bag, 150 ml lotion, plus iPhone 6+ and a smaller wallet. I think the regular size looks overwhelming on petite frames and the mini is quite spacious. ^^
I'm slightly taller than you and when I first saw the regular and mini, I ended up keeping the regular. I think you have to ask yourself what are you going to use it for? I already have a smaller crossbody, so I had more need for something I could use as a work bag (the regular can hold a folder/letter sized paper, I think it might stick out a little) and as a travel bag (for when I'm commuting through the airport, overnight bag, etc.). Now that I've used the bucket for a while, I am entertaining the idea of a mini bucket for when I don't have to carry so much. Also to note, I have the saffiano black/flamma bucket and have found it to be super durable. I like that it has structure. I haven't had any experience w/ the regular bucket in calf, but it felt thinner than the saffiano. Hope that helps.
I was contemplating selling my regular bucket but I realized it wasn't the size I had a problem with, but the length of the strap. It just hangs too low. If it were a shoulder bag, it could be a very useful size. So I found a way to shorten it temporarily just to see how I like it. And I love it! I think I'm gonna permanently shorten it at a cobbler's. In the meantime, if anyone wants to try a shorter strap temporarily like I did, I'll post some pics in a bit.
