Hi there, I have been humming and hawing about whether to get the backpack for many many moons...and when I read the matchesfashion had the combi I wanted, I jumped. I am so happy with it. Thought I'd share as there are not many mini backpack mod shots here. Excuse my casual clothes. I just received it today so can't wait to use her.

Is this a mini or a regular backpack? I've been debating on getting a mini one or a regular one! I'm 5'4. Will the regular backpack look huge on me? But I do want to get a slightly large backpack that I could use in travel.

Hi cwt I don't mean to intrude... But am 5'4 and also wanted a backpack for the same reason (traveling), ended up getting the large size. Large fits more like a regular bucket whereas I think mini backpack may fit more like mini bucket. For travel a large size seemed much more practical to me! Gl deciding because I like both sizes and mini is definitely "cuter" if that is the look you are going for. Large backpack is not as large as say, a Herschel supply backpack, so though it is big I wouldn't say it's huge.
Oh I love the mini backpack, its adorable. And looks so cool on the shoulder and in the hand.

I am about 167 cm in ht and about 57kg wt.
I haven't actually used the backpack yet but will post some pics of what I can fit in asap.

I'm not sure whether I am allowed to make comparisons to another brand here, but I came across a leather backpack from a small Italian brand, Gianni Notaro, in Japan and instantly fell in love! The structured leather in addition to the four metal feet holds its shape well, and the drawstring + magnetic closure are sturdy. It looks well-made down to the last detail, not to mention that it is half the price of MGs.
Size wise, it is slightly larger than the mini-bucket but it fits quite a bit in there.
I like MG's Cammello colour, but I personally prefer this rich chocolate brown color because it just looks more....for lack of a better word....luxurious!
Don't get me wrong! I am a MG fan, but I do think that this is comparable if not better (*gasp*) than MGs simply because it'll hold its shape, and the leather is not as slouchy.
