Brah-za? or Bratz-zah?

I used the website another member posted and it says brah-za but when I went to the store, the SA said Bratz-zah.

I say brah-za. Sometimes the SA's are not french speakers. My SA said Pap-pil-lon instead of Pah-pee-yon (french for Butterfly)
