I also usually don't like them when I smell them on paper or even on my skin initially, they smell completely different to me once I've been wearing it for awhile so it's hard to decide what I truly like enough to commit.

So far I'm really liking Cœur Battant & Le Jour Se Lève, but I haven't tried the Apogee or Millie Feux yet.

I really wish they sold more samples so I can really try them for a few days before buying the full bottle that'll last me 10 years

Your point is valid. Other than Attrape-Reves which I bought once discoved because of how strongly it called to me - I needed to make sure the others worked in a real life, settled in kinda way. Ask your sales rep for samples if you're near a store. If not, I'd talk to CS online and see if you can get a few sent to you. It may be likely if you have a purchase history. Without that, it's unfortunately doubtful.

I have the Cœur Battant, Mille Feux, and Attrape-Reves. I love choosing between them each day and enjoy the variety. But the ME & CB I had to ponder to make sure they'd work IRL. Fortunately, they all do.

I really agree. I was hesitant on the price but the scent really lasts and they're all so much richer than other less priced fragrances. And many in the similar price range just haven't called to me in the same way this collection has. Even those I don't own/want I still appreciate.

No. How are you storing it? I’ve had a full size bottle of the contre moi since launch & it still smells amazing - stronger than I remembered too. I’ve always kept it out of the sun/heat & stored in its packaging when not in use.

While I was waiting for my SA at LV, I browsed the fragrances and tried on Coeur Battant and now I can’t stop smelling myself. Ahhh. It was the one and only one I picked up and tried so now I think I’ll have to make another visit to try out some others and/or come out with a fragrance purchase! I’m new to the LV world of perfumes and so far I’m pleasantly surprised!

I was the same but Attrape Reves was my gateway drug. Then Mille Feux followed by Coeur Battant. It's a real problem. With each one I can't stop smelling myself! Enjoy :smile:

Coeur Battant is amazing!! I’ve been using Apogee since the fragrances were released, but this is my new favorite. It’s very long-lasting as well ❤️

You both have given me a list of few others to try out, thanks!. As it happens I’m going back tomorrow to LV as my SA texted me after I left to say my SLG order came in. Super stoked!

They are really some of the nicest perfumes I've used. Rich scents, long lasting, evocative. Every day I'm torn as to which to wear! Let us know if you pick one up and general thoughts. I'm always interested in how some scents (and bags!) work for some but not at all for others. I can't get enough of the three I purchased but none of the others do anything for me - yet they smell yummy on others.

So true. I have Contre Moi, Apogee, and Turbulences. Lots of ppl don’t like Turbulences but on me I think it smells amazing. Contre Moi for me seems more cold weather, heavier, so it comes out around November with my other winter scents. Cœur Battant is next on my list! It smells so good. Smelling myself right now lol.

I recently purchased the Le Jour Se Lève in the traveling set with the atomizer. I’m a man but I’m fascinated by the whole line. I get samples every time I go in. I’m so obsessed that I spray it in my car or on my pillow. My favorite is the Le Jour Se Lève, the Apogée, and the Turbulences. I initially didn’t like the Mille Feux but grew to be quite obsessed with it as well. Let me know what you have or just the thoughts you have (like and dislike).

My favorite is the L'immensite cologne. It's on my wishlist for the longest time.

Has anyone had their empty bottle refilled yet? I know someone said earlier that their SA did not recommend changing fragrances on a refill because it would “smell funny”, but I was told that you could change with a refill and I would think they would have a process to make that change over effective.

Yes, I have had my Sur La Route bottle refilled twice. Since there is no way to get all the scent out of the bottle (they use special tools to refill it without exposing the scent to air), you're going to end up with a scent mix if you change what is in the bottle.
