I wear it in the summer! I find it fresh and light. Mille Feux is my fall/winter fragrance.Pear and floral that you can’t wear in the Summer? What else is in there?
It has grown on me and will consider in the future.I also bought samples of Spell on you which was nice enough but didn't wow me. Heures D'abcence is nice, there is a smell of parma violet sweets to me. Etoille filante is just wow for me. Lovely fresh white floral with a fruity note to it. Since the travel refills are out of stock i had to buy a full sized bottle.I wear it in the summer! I find it fresh and light. Mille Feux is my fall/winter fragrance.
I love it! I have the following below:Any thoughts on Etoile Filante? It’s been growing on me. I already have Attape-Reve, Hueres d’Absence, and Le Jour.
if you like rose, maybe you would like rose des vents?Hello all! I haven't worn fragrance for many years, but used to love philosophy's Amazing Grace. Not a luxury brand, but smells divine and was complimented constantly by both men and women!
I'm definitely partial to baby powder, clean scents - I like rose, too. What would you recommend for my first LV fragrance, please?

Hi @smallfry Yes Heures d'Absence. I have that. In fact my bottle is empty have to refill itThank you @PrayersandPurses
Was also thinking about Heures d'Absence and Attrape-Rêves. Any thoughts on those if looking for a clean, powdery scent?
That's interesting @Babxie . I wear Le Jour Se Leve and can't even smell it on me, but get compliments each time I wear it on how good it smells. And yet when I tried California Dream, I didn't like it on me at all. It gave me a headache. I didn't find them to be similar. It's interesting how people's perceptions of scents really differI'm recently addicted and grew to love California Dream! Initially when I tested on my hand, it literally gave me pure Mandarin oranges scent, make me think of Lunar New Year where Mandarin oranges are almost everywhere! But when I tried the 2nd time, this time on my neck, oh my.. I don't know why it smells so good. However it's quite similar to Le Jour Se Leve which I already have. If I don't have Le Jour Se Leve, I would definitely buy California Dream!![]()
Yes you’re so right! When I was new to LV fragrance, I was overwhelmed by so many choices. Going into store to try half of the collection at once and spending days reading reviews didn’t help much. I learnt to be patient choosing the right LV fragrance and so far it pays off. That's interesting @Babxie .
