I spoke to my SA and was informed the small won’t go over a coat and tight over a T shirt so it’s a no go for me. I need some shoulder carry option.

The website photos are no longer helpful. Four silly pictures, and you can’t see the interior of the bag or the flap-style opening (similar to the Sloane). From the photos on PurseBlog, the opening looks tiny - smaller than the old medium Belly.
The Sloane was my favorite BV bag of all time.
Saw this bag at my boutique…the medium ( or I guess large), is just HUGE. The small is a good size but the zip pocket is tiny. I loved the Andiamo just not sure on if medium or small would make best sense for me
May I ask what your height is?
I think the medium one might be for me, as I sometimes struggle with finding bags that are large enough for my height and frame. Was it very heavy?
I hope that they will release it in black though. Does anyone on here know whether that is likely to happen?
wish I would have taken a pic for you. I am 5’5” and the medium was not a normal medium. Seriously, or at least the one the SA showed me, was insanely big. The small was a great size but the opening was small.
On Matches they appear to have the small going over the shoulder - would still say you’d have to be slender & doubt a coat/jacket would go under it! I imagine the handle gap is maybe a touch wider than the teen Jodie?
I like the Hop but I feel having Jodie’s makes it a bit redundant in my collection. Will see what colours they come out with, Matches have a mint green and quite nice bright orangey red

I’m obsessed with this bag since I saw the large one on Kylie Jenner. However, I think that’s too large so I have my eye on the small in Oyster which looks like a pale lilac color. Wish it came in white. It’s featured on PurseBlog. (Photo from PurseBlog.com). I’m surprised to hear the shoulder drop is small since it looks like a pretty large bag.
Absolutely, I tried them both on today and can report that the Large was not as Large as I thought and the Small was smaller than I thought. I think the small would make a great every day bag and it fit comfortably on my shoulder. I’m 5”8 with an athletic build and very broad shoulders and it fit just fine.
I tried on the small hop. I like the shape and the size, fits well on my shoulders. The reason I didn’t purchase it in the end was the calfskin. I had the old veneta in lambskin and much preferred that. The colours available were also limited at the moment. I tried the one in Oyster and it’s a lilac colour that didn’t work for me.
Which one of the leathers is generally heavier? Calfskin or lambskin? I remember an SA telling me that one of the two tends to be significantly heavier but I can’t remember which one of them he said it was.
I like this bag, however, I just feel like it will start curling up on the ends after a while.
