I can sort of get onboard with a cup holder, if the leather was spillproof. But yes, I see your point...

Oh dear. The only thing worse than a scarf as bra is using a mousseline rather than a nice opaque twill!
Indeed. It would seem much more true to the "pirate" inspired imagery.
The models wearing nothing under those stiff-looking raw denim jackets are making my skin chafe in sympathy

I'm not that excited by anything we've seen so far. Which honestly I'm happy about, as I spent so much money on F/W'19 and my wallet could use a break! I find that many of the designs are super busy, which leads to them all looking somewhat same-y? I thought I would love the Animapolis MT Slim but I hate that they've broken up the design with a bunch of pointless plain stripes.
And frankly I'm disgusted by the modeling shots Hermes chosen. Half of the time they consist of photoshop that looks like it was done by a first grader. The other half of the time they use ridiculous ties (pirate, around a Birkin, bra - as if I want my Hermes scarf stained by boob sweat) that don't in any way reflect how the scarf would look when us normal mortals wear it.So it's impossible to judge how much I will like a scarf from the modeling shots alone. This is very frustrating when compared to other couture houses which even have animated shots that show the product from all sides, etc.
The only development that seems exciting is that there are so many scarves with bright yellow in them. I love yellow clothes and accessories so I'll have to try a few of those in store.

Some silks I tried on yersterday though none came home. Mulling over which shawl or silk if any make the cut. Only time enough to try on a few designs but I’ll go back after the first of the year to view more.
Agree with the comment that there is a lot more yellow in the ones that I saw. I’ve already quite a few 90 silks with yellow so I will likely leap for Point d’ Orgue. Oops sorry for any duplicates !

Its based on older scarf design - I've always loved it - but its hard to find and I"m not sure if it was issued in silk or cotton. Regarding colors, warm pink & brown & yellow color combination in spring as seen in Three Graces cw 11 looks quite new to me. I’d appreciate it if colour group info would be revealed soon.
I saw the Plume en Fete CW9 (the medium blue one) over this past weekend. It was lovely but had that white underside look which I don't like at all. It's probably fine in the lighter colorways.
