Margs guacamole chips and fajitas all around for those of us on ban island!!!You are so sweet!! The posters on this thread have really inspired me from the history behind the designs, to the artistry, and the fashion itself. I’ve really felt happy coming to read up and learn more. I am having a lot of fun with all of this. That said, I’m going to be on ban island for the next little while. Send some margs if you’re feeling generous!
What a wonderful choice with special meaning for you ladybaga.Hello Scarf Friends! Here is my third and final scarf for SS 2020. Colliers et Chiens wash in CW 10. This scarf is special to me because it reminds me of 3 dogs that were members of my family when I was a child and college student. (The poodle, Norwich terrier and the Yorkie.)
RIP dear Toulouse Lautrec, the poodle; Winkie, the Norwich terrier and Clementine, the Yorkie
What a wonderful honoring and memories with your puppers. How lovely this scarf connected you to them, now in perpetuity with the Collier scarf that looks lovely on you as always.Hello Scarf Friends! Wow! How fun and thanks for sharing for those of us anxious awaiting double-sided scarves! One interesting thing I thought I should mention about the double-sided scarves is that they come in a different box than those of a regular 90. The box is thicker, almost looking like two lids that fit together, and the Hermès logo is printed on both sides

Thank you Pautinka! This brings out the beauty of your eyes Ladybaga. And how lovely that it reminds you of your three furry friends. Brought a little tear to my eye.
Hi Maedi! It is gorgeous on you and perhaps the colors are not your typical choice and will fill a wardrobe niche. I adore it with the classic striped blouse.

Here’s to Toulouse Lautrec, Winkie and Clementine - our dogs for those of us that love them and share our homes together are so wonderful, and they always have a special spot just for them in our hearts, no matter how much time has passed.
I love your post, and was deeply touched by you sharing your dogs with us. How wonderful! And your smile is lovely as always and speaks to your loving memories of them. In deep gratitude Ladybaga![]()

To me this is just another illustration of how Hermes pays attention to detail. That is neat! One interesting thing I thought I should mention about the double-sided scarves is that they come in a different box than those of a regular 90. The box is thicker, almost looking like two lids that fit together, and the Hermès logo is printed on both sides

I agree with you, the hair is strange. It doesn't show like that on the website, and I was loving it. Now I've changed my mind.I thought I would love this one but the hair bugged me! What do you all think? View attachment 4660856View attachment 4660858
Thank you so much! You're very encouraging. I'm wearing this scarf so much I'm practically wearing it out. The colors go with everything. You might take the plunge; you won't be sorry.Carole,
This is gorgeous! So many beautiful colors, you can't go wrong with the different ways to tie and style it. I really love the way you tied it, too! You did a wonderful job on your first posting! I can't wait to see more modeling shots from you. (I remember my first posting, too....) I just want to thank you for taking the time to do this. I missed this shawl when it was originally issued a few years ago. I love the colorway you chose, and I need to look away lest I be tempted to be your twin on this one.
