I’m seriously thinking of my first csgm (what does that mean!) and have narrowed it down to two. Unfortunately I can only justify one. Right so it’s between a PDS cw 7 and a JQ cw 1. You know how I like my brights! What are your thoughts? And how long do you think they will be available for?
You need a Samourais in your life, girl! I think PdS CW7 would be smashing on you with the bright cherry red and the green accents. JQ gorgeous too but you have a similar CW in the 90 already, I think?
Thank you, you are absolutely right, which is why I needed you to help me with my brain fog. I do have two JQ’s in 90, one of which is in that cw, so it would be silly to get a 140 in that design, especially having not explored any of the Samourais. Thank you Langsam, much appreciated.
Yes yes yes! You HAVE to get a Samourais. I have this cw and it’s phenomenal, you will love it!!!

Thanks girls, I now have one PDS cw 07,winging its way towards the UK, just in time to get me through a British summer!

I’m sure it won’t be, it will be interesting to see how my collection develops, now we have started a tiny collection of 1 csgm.
@Mandycharlie Here are pics of JQ 140 in CW 01. I did not see many pics of this CW. It is lovely and I was seriously tempted, but ultimately chose not to keep as I already had 90 in CW 01 for this design.
JQ comparison- 01 in 140, 01 in 90.
If you like brights, you might consider 03 Samourai shawl. The reds and pinks in this one are so beautiful, like sakura/cherry blossoms! Attaching a couple of pics of one (that I also chose not to keep, sadly—the bright blues did not work out for me).
And I'd advise pouncing on a Samourai shawl first if you had to pick. These seem poised to become quite sought after (aka expensive on resale market) once gone!
