I was happy to finally get my hands on this shawl but there was already a pin size hole on it! :whut: :panic: It's brand new from the online site! That aside, note how fuzzy the shawl is already just from me trying it on. The quality is sadly not quite there. :tdown:

My pleasure. Check which whites work best with your skin tone (usually the best is the one that matches the whites of our eyes).

Disaster has struck. I left a scarf box out yesterday as I was running out the door and came home to find the cat had been sick in the lid!!! Urgh. Honestly you wouldn't believe that would you. So jealous. So the question is do I have to bid on eBay to get a new box? Is that the only way?

So sorry about the power....I am just south of you and we got lucky....more rain that snow. I think we only got about 6 inches total. My town mostly has power except for the odd trees that took out random lines.

I hope you are warm and get power back SOON!!

In the meantime, you have plenty of lovely H cashmere to keep you cozy! Please post some modeling shots of cw 6, I am sure that will look fabulous on you!!!

I would bring it back to the boutique where you bought the scarf. The SAs are generally pretty sympathetic and will give you another. Good luck!!

I feel your pain. That is something that would happen to me for sure (in fact, it usually does happen right AFTER I mop the floors or clean the rugs....). I think if you go tell your story (sans box) they'll probably laugh and understand.

3 more 2018 recent additions. PdS CSGM in cw 10 (cross post from PdS thread) , Jaquar Quetzel CSGM in cw 04, and Jeu des Cartes (90cm silk) in cw09. The colors on the JQ are very different from any other shawl I have! The JdC in the navy, teal and white is really classic. It looks so crisp!
