In general, or do you have something in mind such as which colours it will work with, or something even more specific? I think the strong jewel tone colours look so good on you, including sapphire. It's easier for you to wear this over black or white and look fabulous than most. White shirt, black or navy pants/skirt for work and then change of shoes and chuck-on this shawl for the evening, you will look dressed and ready to go in minutes, amazing. Just remember that the scarf has a complicated pattern, to show it off at its best I would just keep to plain colours or one of those small all-over patterns that won't detract.

The good thing with this scarf is you could wear it with all or any blues and the outfit wouldn't look too all-blue because there are so many shades and the white breaks it up. The very palest blues, grey-blue or dark navy won't compete at all. A natural with denim. I'd like to see it with greys too. You can also wear it with ochre and/browns (I know you look good in brown) the blues will look all the brighter and clear. And in the Summer with any light neutral including khaki. Peaches, corrals or mosses are also good and are incidentally in the scarf itself.

Thank you so much for taking the time to post all of these suggestions! I love the idea of pairing it with colors other than blues and grays. Do you think if I wear a white shirt with it, it will wash me out? I know that a dove gray top would bring out too much yellow in my skin, so that option is out. A dark gray would do fine as would denim.

This is beautiful! Did they make a scarf version or just shawl size? I would love that pattern and cw in a silk scarf size. Hope they have a perfect one for you so you can exchange.

Hi Aimee! Last Spring, the Samurai pattern came out in a 90 scarf. You can go to the Clubhouse section of this forum to see pictures of the 90. There may be a few in boutiques, but most colorways have been sold out for quite some time.

They came out with the silk version last year but discontinued it. The silk version has a 3D effect probably due to the reflection from the silk. The shawl version is more flat but still beautiful.

Thanks to both you and ladybaga for the intel on this one. Will look for it locally since I am determined to find a new scarf for spring 2018 even if it’s from last spring! It’s so pretty!

I was happy to finally get my hands on this shawl but there was already a pin size hole on it! It's brand new from the online site! That aside, note how fuzzy the shawl is already just from me trying it on. The quality is sadly not quite there.

Finally twins with many of you here: my very first CSGM, Jaguar Quetzal in CW 05 bleu/taupe/gris, I love it!
Look at that face! Already many beautiful modeling pics of this one on this thread, so I’m just showing it on one of the things I plan to wear it with, a suede jacket.

Next, C’est la Fête handkerchief in CW 01 bleu glacier, it is so cute! Same size as a gavroche. It is cotton, but it looks (not feels) a bit like a mousseline, so it’s more translucent. (It was too dark when I took this photo, it’s a beautiful light blue.)

Last, Jumping losange in CW 03 ciel/noir/blanc. I believe this is going to be a very versatile piece for me. Love the format, clean lines and the no fuss colours. Just throw on and go.

Really like the diversity, they each serve a different “purpose”.

OIk, so it is time for H rehab....I have gone crazy this season...but at least I can share with my friends!! I will say that I have not kept everything I have purchased (but have certainly held onto most of it!!)

3 more 2018 recent additions. PdS CSGM in cw 10 (cross post from PdS thread) , Jaquar Quetzel CSGM in cw 04, and Jeu des Cartes (90cm silk) in cw09. The colors on the JQ are very different from any other shawl I have! The JdC in the navy, teal and white is really classic. It looks so crisp!

Happy to post more pix if anyone would find them useful.

Pardon my chiming in, but I seem to remember seeing someone wearing it with a soft aqua to nice effect. And there is a sort of bit of aqua in parts of the pattern...and any clear soft not-too-acid green would be fine, too...and also that lovely pale clay taupe that Eternallove4bags posted with her bags in the A Perfect Match is wonderful. Taupe is warmer than gray, but I bet it would set the blue off really well!
