Thrilled to be your twin, TT. :flowers: This design in this cw was #1 on my list for this season. When my SA brought it out a few weeks ago, "just to share," I took one look and knew it had to come home with me. The varying shades of blue and gray can really be seen in natural sunlight.

I also love how it's beautifully finished on the back:

Hello Twin!
Delighted for sure-
Thank you for sharing more photos
It’s such a remarkable silk but still somehow understated -
Will think of you, my twin, when I wear this silk- this Forum can be such fun sharing with like minded people

Ok so I have a little to add here regarding the blue on blue discussion for the Robe du Soir
I have the Brode 90cm (a cherished holiday gift from DH)
To me the dark blue reads almost black which (for me) View attachment 3947079View attachment 3947080View attachment 3947081View attachment 3947082View attachment 3947088View attachment 3947094is a plus as it works with both blue or black suits
Even without the beading it’s an elegant colorway -
I look a lot of photos just to share
The beading is done in two colors of grey (silver) a dark and light grey View attachment 3947078

Holy... cats, TankerToad - and klynneann! That's spectacular!

(I still bet the camera is picking up more blue than the eye can, but with that beading, who cares!?!)

I returned the regular 90 today, was wandering around the store, and in the back they had more items in the print. A bathing suit, a sheer blouse, and... the pareo papertiger pointed out! It's the exact same dye job, but somehow in the translucent fabric it's better, and doubled the white/grey lines can show off more. It is mine and I am so happy!

I'm going to store it with my mousselines and pretend it is one (brb, thought of this in mousseline silk and quietly fainted). I promise pictures soon.

I believe a few of us have purchased this design, but I have not yet seen this CW posted. (albeit I may have missed it too!). Both @momasaurus and @liviing.lavida.fifi have the same CW as I have, although I believe both of them are waiting on another CW to make a final decision. I personally love this design and find it fun yet elegant to wear if that makes sense. Re-posting a photo from my original post of a few weeks ago. Hope this helps!

modernisme tropical 140cm summer silk....quick pic so sorry about my ugly gray socks, tank top and it being all static-y :p ... the only way i could fit the whole design in was by wearing it somehow

i also picked up a sangles zigzag fleuries maxi twilly CW4 and the space shopping au faubourg CW8 which are not SS18 but still excited ;)
Your pic is convincing me I need le grand prix du faubourg in this CW. You do it more justice than the H.com pics. Heading to the H store in 2 weeks - hoping to come home with this pretty

I haven't seen much of the Jeu de Cartes 90cms. I was interested in this one because my husband loves poker and I thought it would be a fun scarf to where for fun casino nights out but it doesn't seem to be too popular. Has anyone been able to try them on? Any thoughts? I was eyeing the marine/blanc/petrole one.

Hi misspink001! I love cards and representations of them, but this very static layout didn't do anything for me. I'd have loved to have seen them scattered on a table, or in hands. (I haven't seen it in real life, I must admit - the local shop had it only in yellow today and I didn't ask them to pull it out.) The twillies, otoh, grabbed me, so I have the blue and red versions. Pictures coming, I swear.

I think it has a very Deco look, the flat design and straight colour for once look absolutely right. I've tried 06 and it would make a wonderful evening scarf (or for a formal but feminine look) and the orange too which was also striking but I'm longing to try the green before making my mind up.
