It's designed by Nigel Peake and the inspiration comes from the Grande Roue de Paris, on the Concorde Place.
A 140 cm silk, Réf. : H673144S 11 and 10.

It's from 2017AW.

Thank you so much for the lovely photos! I missed out on the silk Parures de Samourai and hoped I might find a lovely CSGM this season. So I was terribly disappointed when the official photographs were released because all the colourways looked dull and lifeless. But now that I have seen CW 7, 5 and 12 on this forum, I'm reassured that the CSGMs will be lovely.

I can’t recall exactly but there was at least 2 or 3. I recall seeing one that was sort of grey and black. If I go this week, I will take note and report back! Manhasset also had some. That store does not come up in an inventory search (FYI).

I jumped on it when it hit the website, and picked it up Saturday, but didn't have time to open the box until this morning. The blue is hardly differentiated from the black - it's that navy where you get your purchase outside the store into sunlight and say, argh, it's not black after all!

I'm not anti-black (former goth here) and the braiding is still pretty. But how did I find the one H scarf where the stock photo is miles prettier than the real thing?

I'll try to get a picture tonight and see if it's growing on me. And this is, you know, Luxus-Problem. But I'm so disappointed.

I would love to see some modeling pics if the RdS because it was one of the CWs if this design that so was interested in. So sad that it’s been a disappointment!

So here is what I went for! Della Cavalleria Favolosa in mint/blue/camel/apricot. I have left the label showing intentionally, just to show how mahoosively huge it is in real life. Will be hunting for my threadpicker later.
