I think if you generally take care of it and store it properly it will be ok. I purchased a scarf with a wide white border from 1976 and it still looks good. If I go to eat or drink anything potentially dangerous to the scarf, I take it off until I’m done. Although my own H age is somewhat young, I've purchased or been gifted scarves from before my own H time. The oldest one with good portion of white is about 25 years old now and I haven't noticed any yellowing problems. I make sure I avoid UV exposure when I store them and I clean my scarves myself using detergents specific for delicates. There are threads about storing your scarves and cleaning your scarves. Maybe take a look at them and get some good tips. I wouldn't worry too much about it.

Exactly me.Mindi, it does seem more extreme to me, too! I'm thinking I may have felt a bit of this last season, also. I haven't felt the pull to purchase scarves for a bit. While I like a number of the designs, the color schemes offered for the past few seasons just don't work well for me, so I'm sitting on the sidelines, again. Really okay, though, I don't actually need any scarves, and it's still very fun to pop in here to admire. But hoping for more diversity in future seasons!

My sister was in the H at Selfridge's in London today. I thought her pics may be of interest, showing colours IRL (or a glimpse at least). I purchased one of them but will show when I get it! Hope this is of help to some, showing stocks too.
