I remember the release of the PdS was unusually late (in my impatient opinion) that a lot of the earlier-released SS 2017 scarves looked so tempting to me! I yielded to the temptation, of course! It was a marvelous season!

Totally! Iris, Maharani, ZP, Savana Dance, Paperoles, it was a season definitely not short of excitement! I hope the CSGMs won't release so late like the 90s, the winter is only so long for CS, you know?

Hermes is for life not just for Christmas. Alas for us Europeans the New Year also brings the price increase and with Sterling tanking against the Euro this year I'm expecting a price rise of anything up to 20% - don't take this as gospel - just my bitter experience of previous years. The prices actually went down in the UK last time around so a part of me is saying 'swings and roundabouts' and the other bit is political which I won't bore everyone with.

If you don't enjoy the waiting, the stalking of various instagram accounts to hoover up clues, the plotting for the perfect scarf and the wheedling with the sales assistants to keep your needs in the forefront of their minds when the deliveries come in then your relationship with Hermes is going to be even more difficult than it has to be. Stay hopeful!

Haha! Very true indeed Les Tambours! [emoji16] Scarf prices in the UK did actually increase last January but maybe not quite as much as elsewhere - and I still find it far cheaper here than abroad. The prices in Japan literally terrified me! Let's keep our fingers crossed that it doesn't go as high as +20pc then.

I'm pretty sure it was not in the book that Angelian has posted photos of a few threads back (I've seen this as well). But if what you mean by the "order book" is the printout where they have the small photo and then colour ways offered listed by number & description of the 3 colours - then, yes - that's what my SA and I went through.

you haven't seen Dubai's tags converted roughly one CSGM is 1215$
and this is no VAT implemented....
once they do, on Jan 1st, there will be increase due to VAT, and possibly, just H brand price increase...

I don't remember exactly the price, but I remember when I had a layover in Japan last time and had to buy a sold out everywhere GM, I was shocked by the price after I got home and got back to sanity. And that was without the VAT. I'm really hoping there will be no price increase this year with Euro being so high against USD or just how crazy these scarves cost per se!

I never paid that much for a scarf! I have my own way of bypass
Silks, yes, 435$ is not such a big thing, but CSGM i am not getting from Dubai.
