Thank you so much for posting this picture! I am the same height and have had the ML on my wishlist forever (had a few chances but the colors weren’t right for me).
At 2 months ago, you think this was the original ML and not the ML II which sounds 15cm shorter? Shorter than what is shown in your picture would definitely be a deal breaker!
I am not sure If this is the first generation ML or ML II but basis the length it sat on me crossbody, I don't think it's the shorter version.
I just measured mine. I have the strap at around 100cm. So is this the newer, shorter version? I got it this year.
I think that would be the original, similar to my U stamp (2022) which is 97cm excluding loop...
Apparently I read somewhere that ML's stap is 100CM, MLII's strap is about 90CM, and the MLII's body is also slightly larger than the ML

I was offered the MLII in gold/SHW but I rejected it and requested to wait for a C18 instead
Though I've been waiting for one from Boutique for almost a year + but I think this version is short for me so I will rather buy first gen from reseller. From the pic it may not really tell as my oversize tee is long but in actual the bag sit around my waist when I sling it crossbody whereas ML sits on my tummy.

I got one in January this year 2024 so it’s probably the old version- I’m 5’8”.

I got mine feb of this year. Receipt just says mini Lindy so I guess it must be 1. I measured it but my measuring tape is too stiff to go around the bend. I estimated around 100cm. I am 5’7 and it looks a bit awkward cross body. Though I have always known this and I have tried it on many times in years past. I usually wear it on one shoulder or just hand carry it. I think a mini Lindy II will definitely be too short on me.

Can confirm that a new ML recently bought from Paris has a shorter strap and slightly larger dimensions. I guess this is the new version going forward. I think it suits me better. 👌🏼
Update: my receipt says just Lindy Mini and I measured the strap at around 100cm including the loop. Im short just around 5’ 2” and it sits perfectly cross body.
