This is spectacular, Foxy. I've been hoping for a green cw on a design I love and I think this is it. Please do some mod shots. I'll order this blind if it comes on the website.

She tried to find me that adorable 70 "Rendezvous Chez Hermes" and could only locate the camel color in San Francisco. I wish I could see Lazy Leopardess and more cws of some of the other 90s (especially Claire de Lune) but at least a few are now on H.com. It feels frustrating but maybe I just like a coherent seasonal plan better than shopping piece by piece (though that can be fun too). It is great seeing all the IRL photos of beauties on this thread...

Every season we complain about our inability to plan our purchases. It's so frustrating to wait for things to dribble in, or not be able to compare CWs. But imagine how awful it would be without the advance intel we have here! Or maybe nobody would buy anything.

Wait wait wait. Get banned for returning. Do they do that? I think I heard that somewhere but thought it was myth lol. I am under the 50% keep rate from h.com. It’s so nice to see things in person and be able to return if don’t spark enough joy for the price tag. I’m one of those people who returned the marble twilly, marble muffler AND marble robe :amazed:. I have the balade and it made me happier Than all the rest.
And yes this 70 is great. I have my eye on a blue colorway. It’s all about the Japanese coy fish for me

What everyone does on this thread is truly great. Seeing them here first will seriously help me mitigate the number of scarves in my Colorway Correction Program... :amuse: :amuse::biggrin:

The only return experience I have had was positive-- during the pandemic something was shipped to my other address and by the time I received it, it was past the 30 day window. They did not permit a return but facilitated an exchange. I did tell a customer service person on the phone that it was frustrating not to be able to try on cws in the store so I was ordering multiples online and there were no problems at all. I think the ratio there was three returns to one keeper. No complaints so far but I'm learning that can change quite arbitrarily!

Adorable, @Snausages. Totally think this has your name on it. I hope they find it for you. I am in love with Claire de Lune but only cw08 and cw05...Fingers crossed.

I don’t know if there’s a too-many-returns policy at h.com - I think there are algorithms for that at other stores but more big box stores than anything. That being said I’m going to call customer service to inquire! Will let you know what they say

Thanks snausages! I had heard that about h.com cutting you off. But who knows until you actually know!

lkbnola that stinks about the mishap but glad they did the exchange with you. random extra info- When my SA orders from another store I think I have to keep it. The one exception was when we ordered an orange and black promenade from last season and it arrived with no striped hem :tdown: . She let me walk away. Phew.

Funny story, my mom got banned from making too many returns at TJMAxx haha. For years! She had me go in and do returns for her when I came home from college lol.

I called the 800# and the sa actually chuckled and assured me there is nothing to worry about. I’m sure if one’s return behavior is egregious/bordering on criminal they’d do something but it sounds like the average person has nothing to fear. Now I’m kicking myself for not ordering the cdl. Oh well- I stalk h.com daily so I’m sure something from this season will spur a purchase.

@Nomad I have been reaching out to my SA about this monthly and at last check there were NONE in the US available when she looked (at least in the cw I had asked for, cannot be 100% about others). Despite supposedly having been available I cannot find one anywhere!
