Well, my new scarf has arrived! My first proper 70cm: Tea Time! As I am an absolute tea addict, I simply had to get this. Unfortunately, all of the colourways except this one had disappeared from the UK website and so I now have an orange scarf for the first time! As I really like the blue CW, I may add this if it ever appears again.

As I am very ill at the moment, I will have to wait until I feel strong enough to take some modelling photos and write a post on my blog. Here is a quick snap to be going on with: colourway 08, full code H983782S 08.

Thanks so much! I haven’t made any scarf tutorials but would be happy to walk you through any of the knots on my post. Just let me know which you are interested in

Thanks so much! You must certainly try it… this CW as well as the others as I honestly think there are no bad ones of this design

Thank you most kindly! It is such a wearable, versatile and flattering CW! This is such a great design that I will probably add a second to my collection

Thanks so much! Although there are some marvelous CWs of this design, I feel that this one is quite easy to wear and very versatile, thus its popularity

Oooh, what a delightful addition! This is the perfect orange scarf and perfect for you… Can’t wait to see you model it as well as to read your blog entry about it, when you are up to it. Please do feel better soon!
Fifi, you are very kind. Thank you. I love all the ways you have styled the scarf but I’d particularly love to know how you tied it in the first two photos. In the first you appeared to have made a lovely ruffle. I never new how pretty an H scarf could look

Boutique trip. Sorry for the horrible pictures. It isn’t easy to selfie in boutique lol. Duo cw 10 I believe. It is staying in Hermes for me until my cw 2 comes in to compare.

Masan cw 6 was not on my radar but I loved it. It didn’t come home with me due to other priority scarves coming home with me. But it might come home w me later. I like how the basket weave falls Into the background with the blue colors and the graphic white lines shine throughout. Every tie showed the white lines, which I liked. I tried on other colorways but the the wider basket weave pieces seemed intense and bulky. just me I know. Loved how the hem matches the inside violet like blue tone. And they did that on most or all cw’s.

Both of these are great choices, and for all the reasons you cited

So sorry you're ill, but the scarf is so cute in orange

Duo cosmique is very pretty - I got blue moyen CW 4 a month ago
Do I also need CW 5??? lol
It’s so pretty too
Duo cosmique CW 5 has orange in it but would want to get one GTN at least

GTN Cw 4 ( Blue) vs cw 7 ( orange)

Owners of these color ways? pls chime in . thanks ladies!!!!

Oh my too many things I like now
Congratulations on obtaining your cw 04 of Duo Cosmique, Amacasa. It’s a beauty. So is cw 05! I opted not to buy a DC, instead spending my pennies on GTN.

GTN cws 04 and 07 couldn’t be more different, imo. I own 04 and I love it for all the delicious blue-green colors and especially the pale rose glow from the hem and all over the design. It can work with many clothes in my wardrobe and beautifully with black which I wear alot. I think cw 04 is a tad more versatile than 07. Just my opinion.
Looking at the photo of cw 07 on the website, I see there are various gorgeous tones of popsicle orange, tangerine, pale orange and vermillion (?), and also olive, sage and gold (which is overall described as khaki in the cw). It’s a beauty, too, and depending on your wardrobe and skin tones, might be perfect. I can see it with a crisp white blouse or sweater and a dark olive green skirt or slacks. Gold or gold-tone jewelry, for sure, or maybe beaded jewelry.
Perhaps I’ve stated the obvious but I hope this helps you in your decision.

Nomad both are really gorgeous. I just looked up DC cw 02 on the website; that’s a beauty, too!
Masan is a wonderful graphic scarf and I will probably regret not indulging but I have the Jeu Omnibus remix with similar graphics so I ruled it out. So what other treasures came home with you, if you don’t mind my asking? ;)
Earlier this week I was lucky enough to go to H with @Snausages and find my favorite cw of Grand Théâtre Nouveau. The light is awful today, but too excited not to share. And here it is!

Oh, I am loving this special red-hemmed beauty, Pirula, and it is gorgeous on you. I haven’t seen this cw until now and it might have given cw 04 a serious run for my money. Which cw is it, please? You will have lots of fun with this one! I love the bright colors, especially the yellows and caramels. Congratulations! Wow!

Thank you, Fifi, it is very versatile and I love it. And fills a gap in my scarf collection, colorwise.

Beautiful scarf! Isn’t shopping with @Snausages fun? I traveled a lot in my last job and was lucky enough to make several fun trips to Dallas. Shopping at H is always such fun with a like-minded scarfie!

It was a blast! Snausages is so much fun! As my son is currently in Dallas I’m looking forward to meeting up with her again and again. Thank you for your sweet compliment, I’m glad you like it Luvbolide!

Thanks Karenska! The red hem got me too! There was also something about the tangerine & cobalt blue & the green in the “stage” that made my heart go pitter patter and my wallet vibrate. :hugs:

It is cw 03.

Please excuse the poor selfie, Fifi, but I think I have managed to replicate one of your ties using a Regate ring. I folded it lengthways and then again and pulled two of the inner corner folds through the ring. I’ve always used the bias fold. It’s a whole new world! I’ve also just ordered the Chaine d’Encre scarf ring from the H web site as that seems to be very useful. Thank you for your inspiration.

I agree that you cannot go wrong with any of the GTN colourways. I’m really hoping for the Lazy Leopardesses in camel but might get the pale pink/etoupe version of GTN if not, or the bleu royal, or the bleu jean…..
