What a perfect recovery gift- happy to hear you are on the mend - it’s a passionate colorway full of life and joyHi All - have been off the grid since May due to a medical issue and surgery so had a lot of posts to catch up on and just picked up my first Fall/Winter scarf - La Dance De Amazones - shawl as a recovery gift to myself. It is just spectacular. I am not good at modeling but this CW is truly delightful and I can't wait for cooler weather so I can wear it. I am desperately wanting a Dress Codes scarf but not on the US site yet although I do have 2 Dress Code Twillies on their way - one orange and one blue. Thanks for all the great posts and photos!

This is such a lovely cw and suits your coloring beautifully. That border color is very interesting. Congrats. Here is View attachment 5179768cw005 of beautiful Duo Cosmique
I love both your choices @bunnycat. The Grand Theatre Nouveau has so many looks. I particularly love your last pic with the orange stripes prominent. The Duo Cosmique is interesting as well. I had not seen the green colorway; its not on the US site. You put the H website pics to shame.
Both are wonderful! The color combo of the orange DP is so unexpected and fabulous… and the CSGM ties beautifullyHere are my fall 2021 purchases so far!

I love this on you… So cool! When dear @ajaxbreaker posted pics of the Chevron Multico stole, I had been laughing together with many of you how the model seems to be drowning in these masses of cloth (70 cm x 2 m !! no less).

Still, I have been intrigued and when I had the chance to try this unusual statement shawl in our boutique, I did. Even though my clothes that day did neither fit style- nor colour-wise, I quite liked the look:

Am also really fond of the design and weave close up. When draped around me, the feel of the thick 100 % cashmere was one of utter luxury...

As I purchased a CSGM that day with another one still on my WL, I did not pull the trigger but I surprised myself by being thoroughly tempted to do just that...![]()
I appreciate you posting this CW as it is one of the ones I am considering along with the navy… It is fabulous!Well the Zebra Pegasus triangle arrived. I agree with an earlier post regarding the weight of the cashmere/silk. This new one
is thinner than my La Clairere. Here's some pics for those of you considering it.

The best shawl of the season IMO and this is a gorgeous CW that is ao versatileHere are a few more mod shots of the dark blue Bingata shawl. I also took two of the front and back of one corner, I find the subtle visual difference in the accents interesting (can see in the “bingata” and outline of the person). This is my first csgm, I always thought this size would be too big for me, but it will definitely not be my last!!
I hope this helps you in your decision, and thank you for letting me share—

Simply amazing! There is truly no bad CW of this design… Loving this one so much and it’s the perfect choice for youEarlier this week I was lucky enough to go to H with @Snausages and find my favorite cw of Grand Théâtre Nouveau. The light is awful today, but too excited not to share. And here it is!

Looks amazing on you! Those Toutsy feathers! A winnerHi all
Just wanted to share my Dans Pacifique 90
(H003572S 07)
I just ❤❤❤ this… I’ve been waiting for a scarf with a feather design, since I was too late for the Plumes en Fete in a 90
I am still figuring out how to tie my scarf as elegantly, as you all do here, lovely ladies
thanks for letting me share

Oh so glad to hear you are considering a CSGM… I would begin with a classic design in a versatile CW that you can match to many of your Fall and Winter wardrobe. I feel that Bingata is the best shawl of the season and has been issued in wonderful CWs… But there are some beauties from past seasons still available online and in the boutiques. May be a good idea to try on a few before making your first decision.Good evening, all. I have benefitted so much from everyone's beautiful mod shots and thoughtful comments! If I were to wade into CSGM territory (it would be my first one) would y'all recommend concentrating on something new like Bingata? I am attracted to Ombreille Magique and also Patchwork Horse (not new, I know, but seems so iconic). Then there is also The 12 Leopards/Bookcase shawl. I am definitely going for the Folklore triangle (waiting for the cws in boutique) that Bova has modeled for us. Buuut I did try on 140's in New Jersey and I loved the mousseline in that size and also the wash silk. So I am now feeling the rocks slide under my feet as I stare down the CSGM slope...Thanks in advance to all who care to weigh in!
To be clear: asking about Fall/Winter2021options only to stay on topic.
Best green shawl in a long time… So fabulous! I feel that Amazones shines in this formatHaven’t been enticed with purchasing a shawl in a while - but this Amazones CSGM just snared me!

Congrats on all, but my fav is Grand Theatre… It is exquisite!FedEx came when we were about to leave for kid play date. So some quick shots. The grand theatre is really pretty IRL. And I do not not having anything like this in my current collection ( almost all bright and colorful). This CW 08 of Clair De Lune is not my 1st choice ( 05 and has not shown up anywhere). I like the black side more than the blue side.
Thank you for the pics as I was so intrigued about this scarf and it has exceeded my expectations… So wonderful! And looks amazing on youI read through the comments here and realize nobody is that excited about them, but I ordered one of the Froufrou 70 scarves with the ruffled edges. I've been inspired lately by men's fashion from the 17/1800s and thought this might be able to help me play around with some of those elements (frilly neck stuff). I got the Washington's Carriage detail, which was the one I was hoping for the least, but I also know it won't matter once worn. It's quite hard to deal with and fold/tie, but the construction method is very cool...they've used an elastic thread to stitch a three-row pattern of inter-connected circles that makes it scrunch-up and expand quite nicely. The stitches are more noticeable from the back, so 2 of the 3 detail photos are of the reverse side. I don't see myself wearing it a lot, but it's a cool unique piece to play with that very few people will have (maybe for good reason HAHA), so am excited to have it in my collection.
Also...I'm clearly not dressed for it today, but wanted to try it on regardless..tags even still attachedI prefer it tied the second way of the two ways I've tried so far.

So wonderful! While they both look amazing on you, I prefer the marineHello ZP fans! I'm back with new information and some more IRL pics. I wanted to see at least one more CW before making my mind up completely so I changed direction entirely and called to order the vermillion colorway.
Here are some comparison shots between the blue and vermillion. I'd say the website is pretty true to life on the colors. The vermillion is a bright red-orange shade, probably almost too orange for me, but just squeaks over the line in to workable. The red and orange feathers are what drew me here, so if you can wear this color, and don't want black feather outlines, have look at this one. I've put them both back into boxes for the day while I decide. (Pardon the piles of shirts. I pulled out a bunch to try out.)
The vermillion looks GREAT (IMO) on beige, soft grey, coral, geranium, brick/terra cotta and dark grey/black. None of the red winter sweaters I have matched, so that was a bummer and I used some summer t-shirts to find color coordination.

Gorgeous CW… What a beautiful and versatile designWell, this was a weird one. I usually gravitate towards bright colors. I loved the intensity of this colorway--as featured on the website, but IRL I found it was very muted and my first thought was ick! But after draping, I'm liking the muted colors and find it oddly appealing especially for fall . . . Les LeopardsView attachment 5179080

What is the pattern called? Is it a 90? Thx.View attachment 5175660
Can’t recall if I posted this - this was the only one in the only color when I waltzed into the Dallas boutique last week. This is absolutely stunning in color and detail. Just not sure what it will go with. The orange letter one might work better for my wardrobe. Gah. I love this but it doesn’t love my closet.
It's this:What is the pattern called? Is it a 90? Thx.
I have that scarf too. It is lovely. It looks stunning on you. I also love the ways you have tied the scarf. Very creative. Would it be too much trouble to share links to pictures/videos as to how to tie them please?
