I just noticed there is a huge dump of NWT Twillys on the Real Real ( including current season (Bingata, Dress Code) and recent seasons) for a huge mark up. What is that about?.
Thanks for the tip that this goes with gray!CW 08 of grand theatre. Goes nicely with this grey-purple blazer.
You are inspiring me to wear mine (light blue version). Amazing how much you are able to vary the scarf colors with the different ways of tying!!I also got CW10 of Duo Cosmique. Here are some shots showing all the corners. I will post more knots when I take pics of it for my IG account

Okay, the red giant double face triangle scarf just arrived. Positives - I like the size, and I especially like the shade of red on the cashmere-silk blend side, which would be the side that faces out pretty much all the time. I have no idea how much it will slide. I just took a couple quick snaps outside to show you the pattern. My thinking exactly, Bova. I love a red that is more on the blue side, and so I did not get the red Plumes last season. I did get the blue Les Plumes CSGM, but my sensitivity to cashmere has made it unwearable for all but the coldest weather. I had also been eyeing the red double face Couvertures giant triangle with silk on one side, thinking that it might be the answer for me. You just gave me the push to go ahead and place the order.![]()
Cherry red for me! Unless it’s vermillionMy thinking exactly, Bova. I love a red that is more on the blue side, and so I did not get the red Plumes last season. So strange the website did not mention various designs…I know the ruched one and the dip dyed one from last season did. I have to admit the surprise scarves are a conundrum for me, I usually like a certain design but you can’t choose…I hope customer service will get it sorted for you.Okay, the red giant double face triangle scarf just arrived. Negatives - I guess that this is one of those "we pick the design for you" deals, although I saw no indication of this in the description on the website. The silk side is an entirely different design from Couvertures. And, while the cashmere side is the right pattern, it is cut so that the ponies will forever be standing on their heads.

I'm thinking that for the price, this is going to have to go back. But, I'll give customer service a call first.

This is lovely on you! Please excuse the poor selfie, Fifi, but I think I have managed to replicate one of your ties using a Regate ring. I folded it lengthways and then again and pulled two of the inner corner folds through the ring. I’ve always used the bias fold. It’s a whole new world! I’ve also just ordered the Chaine d’Encre scarf ring from the H web site as that seems to be very useful. Thank you for your inspiration.
I agree that you cannot go wrong with any of the GTN colourways. I’m really hoping for the Lazy Leopardesses in camel but might get the pale pink/etoupe version of GTN if not, or the bleu royal, or the bleu jean…..

Well, the first knot that looks like a ruffle is the Edot Knot. There is a wonderful tutorial on YouTube made by Passion for Elegance.Fifi, you are very kind. Thank you. I love all the ways you have styled the scarf but I’d particularly love to know how you tied it in the first two photos. In the first you appeared to have made a lovely ruffle. I never new how pretty an H scarf could look
OMG you did it! Well, you definitely got the gist of it and it came out wonderful! Please excuse the poor selfie, Fifi, but I think I have managed to replicate one of your ties using a Regate ring. Oh geez! I hate surprises when it comes to scarves, but do love this one! It’s a fabulous shade of red and awesome design! @HermesHope I remember your hair as strawberry blonde. I think the orange cw would be very nice w/your complexion and slightly reddish hair color. Plus orange is a trending color for fall and since it hasn't been prominent for like the last decade, it should be a good investment. It's a color that's going to hang around.Well, my new scarf has arrived! My first proper 70cm: Tea Time! As I am an absolute tea addict, I simply had to get this. Unfortunately, all of the colourways except this one had disappeared from the UK website and so I now have an orange scarf for the first time! As I really like the blue CW, I may add this if it ever appears again.
As I am very ill at the moment, I will have to wait until I feel strong enough to take some modelling photos and write a post on my blog. Here is a quick snap to be going on with: colourway 08, full code H983782S 08.
