The vermillion makes your face lit up in a very persuasive way. I love it with the terracotta Tee. Lately. I have been discovering some orangy options, too (3 graces) and I used to be the pink type.
Oh my poor dear bunny ... what a complicated decision ... I like both on you, but probably the blue is more versatile with your wardrobe.
The vermillion gives you a glow; there is no doubt about it.
Both are stunners but I like the blue best, Bunny. Did you ever try the old rose cw?
YOU make both of them look wonderful ! The dark blue one beautilly reflects the color of your eyes, but the vermillion one looks more young, more lively, more vibrant and gives a glow, as Fowytrini said. Keep both of them if you can ...
Your summary is perfect, I was trying to define the difference with navy being more "formal" and highlighting Ms. Bunnycat's eyes and with the red one being more "casual" and matching lipstick colour. Both look great and may be useful depending on the occasion and mood

Thank you all so much for weighing in fellow scarfies! :hugs: I knew you would all understand the problem. So I have let fate decide. I decided to pack them both up, print off return labels and then when I got to the drop off place, I would pick one then. That's how hard this was to choose.

Aaaaaaannnnnddddd.....

As I was packing the blue one back up and folding it, the tag fell off....so now the blue one is mine (for now). I do intend to reassess the situation if ever I find the pink one. When I called back about it, they were all sold out, so I never actually got to try the pink one. Perhaps that would have been the best compromise between colorful background, and pretty feathers...I may never know now. I do like the blue one. The both looked very nice, and it is true I am looking for a red cashmere (because I don't have one) but I think maybe I am looking for very very red, like cherry and not tomato red.

Hello ZP fans! I'm back with new information and some more IRL pics. I wanted to see at least one more CW before making my mind up completely so I changed direction entirely and called to order the vermillion colorway.

Here are some comparison shots between the blue and vermillion. I'd say the website is pretty true to life on the colors. The vermillion is a bright red-orange shade, probably almost too orange for me, but just squeaks over the line in to workable. The red and orange feathers are what drew me here, so if you can wear this color, and don't want black feather outlines, have look at this one. I've put them both back into boxes for the day while I decide. (Pardon the piles of shirts. I pulled out a bunch to try out.)

The vermillion looks GREAT (IMO) on beige, soft grey, coral, geranium, brick/terra cotta and dark grey/black. None of the red winter sweaters I have matched, so that was a bummer and I used some summer t-shirts to find color coordination.

I think that the blue/black is a "safe" choice and of course you can't go wrong with it - but I think if you choose the vermillion people will go "wow" when you wear it. The effect will be like Les Artisans D'Hermes in cw 07.

I do see the blue one as a "safe" choice, for sure. I'm glad it also loos good on!

One scarf I recently ordered from H site did not come with a tag. It was meant to be kept

Oh, Bunny, what a hard decision. I hope you will be happy with it; it looks really gorgeous on you.

Concerning to me is the tag falling off. If it fell off through no fault of yours, you should not be expected to keep it. Hmmm.

What? I’ve been looking for one for a friend and I can’t catch it on the site at all.
I saw it two days ago and actually ordered it - or tried to. I made a typo when checking out on the payment and the order went to "payment pending." Tried to order again immediately (because I knew from experience that the order would canceled out in a few hours) but and it was gone.

Hi All - have been off the grid since May due to a medical issue and surgery so had a lot of posts to catch up on and just picked up my first Fall/Winter scarf - La Dance De Amazones - shawl as a recovery gift to myself. It is just spectacular. I am not good at modeling but this CW is truly delightful and I can't wait for cooler weather so I can wear it. I am desperately wanting a Dress Codes scarf but not on the US site yet although I do have 2 Dress Code Twillies on their way - one orange and one blue. Thanks for all the great posts and photos!

This is a fantastic color way, so cheerful and happy. Glad you're back and recovering. A shawl gift is a good way to honor your recovery.
