New men's reversible scarf showing on US.com, similar to the SS'19 Caducée Rock.
This time the Harnais de Cabriolet - code H583160T in 4 colours currently showing mediteranée (01), orange (02), gris (03), bordeaux (04).
What does it reverse to?
These look like dipdyes or something. There are also more vibrant colors up on the US website. Confusing!

A whole bunch of scarves dropped on the US site.... but OMG the photoshop on the modeling pictures is SO BAD. Laughably bad. Embarrassingly bad. I find it extremely disappointing that a company who sells its products at such high prices can't be bothered to shell out for proper pictures for its website. Come on Hermes.
I guess they think it was a big enough deal to change from the robot model we had for so many years. We are supposed to be grateful, LOL!

Assuming this is the same technique as the SS19 Caducée Rock, there are two thin scarf woven together, one in the lighter colour and the other in the darker, so you can wear the scar light with dark accents or dark with light accents.

I got a light grey/charcoal blend and it’s really quite luscious I’m colour and texture, much finer than a typical CS, with an almost lustrous glint to the weave.

Hope that somewhat explains it!

Just for fun, I guess the Cité cavalière is inspired by le Plan de Turgot, a famous 18th century map of Paris drawn with the Perspective cavalière technique. Here is a general view and a close-up on Notre-Dame

A prior Hermes Exceptional scarf with a map-like design by P. Peron “La Cite de Paris” is also pictured as an ArtCuratorial sale in 2010.

The last couple seasons there seem to be a lot of scarves that have a LOT going on. I want to love them, and maybe it's the cws and not really the designs, but I haven't bought one yet. My favorite so far was the first of these, Les Bains (title ?), a men's scarf, but I didn't like the fabric (silk/cotton), so I passed. Does anyone else find these very busy scarves to be a little too overwhelming for them?
I'm OK with busy designs now and then (although I am the only person alive who dislikes Annie Faivre, haha). I don't find them overwhelming, just simplistic and sort of unworthy of Hermes. I like Ugo Gattoni (Hippopolis, the mens' Bains scarf, which I have, and the Battery Park which I have). His designs have lots of different scale and proportion. I hope H hasn't dumped him, because I don't like the new cartoonish guy. The designs don't have the depth, variety, or wit of Ugo, IMO. What is your busiest scarf?

The choco Patisserie is absolutely divine on you. So glad you modeled it with different colors.
These two scarves are so different and equally beautiful worn by you. I can see the brown one as a winter work horse. Thank you for pointing out the chocolate fountain!
Thank you both so much! I love to wear brown and H doesn’t always have predominantly brown scarves with yellow and orange. Ooops! Well, actually, I have two others in this colorway: Zebra Pegasus 90cm and Jaguar Quatzel shawl. However, neither of these has a chocolate fountain. (Justification at its best.)

Must see IRL! Sounds very handy. Thanks for the clarification.
