Hmmm I don't know about too many, but when I look at the thumbnails the colorways are so similar that all three look like the same scarf. And you're going to have the same effect when people see you from afar. So maybe that does answer the question of "is it too many"...

I’m having a similar issue. After years of “making it work”, this season there are color families that are just perfect for me. Do I grab similar scarves? I just keep thinking of all the times I wished I had a scarf that was predominantly pink/blue with some black, and nothing in it that killed it for me, like orange. There have been so many “almost” scarves over the years. It’s tempting to strike now while the colors are working for me, because there have been seasons with almost nothing that worked for me.

Piks JdL CW16, which I have and herewith a few modeling shots; La Cite Cavaliere CW13, which I want; and Acte III shawl CW22, which I’d like to have but....not sure. What do y’all think?

These are beautiful and both serve different purposes. The shawl for colder months and the scarf when you don’t need as much for staying warm.

I tend to go into “Squirrel with Acorn Hoarding Mode” when it comes to seasons where colors work for me. This fall/ winter season with the brown colorways is slaying me. Since H doesn’t always feature brown as a prominent color in scarves, I’m buying two that are very similar. The Patiserrie ( that I already bought) and I want the Bolduc 90 in the same brown color family. I totally understand what you mean.

For UK people or travellers, Heathrow T5 Hermes has stock of Pegase Paysage and Bolduc. The orange Pegase is on an airplane to me now!

Thank you for posting the Bolduc 90cm. I can’t wait to try on the brown version and the blue/yellow. I hope one of these works for me.

I don't know if they instructed this poor woman to pose this way or what but she looks like she's about to pass out from boredom and misery in all her pics! It really doesn't make you wanna buy a scarf. Whereas the other model is all smiles and lively and makes everything look better.

also they should let their makeup artist get a bit more active, she looks almost anemic

In that case you may be attracted to the deep brown background Le Regard de l'Arctique. I saw this beauty today.

It looks great on the model but it’s unrealistic without the ship.
I quite like both Hermès models and prefer seeing the scarves worn with a variety of clothing.Of course I can only dream of owning the clothing ,but I if I were interested in a scarf or shawl the pairings would ignite some ideas.
The model no one seems to like is so natural and normal,I really appreciate that.
I can only commend Hermès for resisting the heavy makeup and the cheesy smile look ( it’s a universal obligation for women to please , let’s move on !)

I agree I don’t mind the scarf as a headscarf or belt if it shows the scarf to advantage, but that young lady looks artificially surly to me. A neutral or subtle expression is fine, she doesn’t have to smile, but honestly some of the photos look like she’s in a hostage situation....it doesn’t look natural, unless she’s not getting her union break...it does not sell me on the item she happens to be wearing....
