London has a lot of options in various stores, which I can’t personally speak to. Vendome and champs elysees have the Eiffel Tower trunks stack and vendome has the sun. Sometimes they have special stamps too but those are the main two.Doing the London-Paris swing in August. Anyone know how difficult it is to get a stamp from each city? And which boutique has which stamp?!

How difficult are they about stamping things that already have other stamps on it? I have run into some places that refuse to touch things that either have stamps or weren't purchased in that particular store.I got a London Tube stamp from the Bond Street store. I don't remember what the other options were.

My experience for multiple stamps has been positive but I have only gotten to four at this point. I agree it likely depends on the store and I imagine their skill with the stamping machine. Japan seems to be the most strict from what I have heard.Others here would know more than I would on that. I've only ever had one done. I did have a U.S. flagship store manager tell me that they can do up to 4 on a passport cover. But I think this thread has lots of examples over the years of TPFers being told in some stores only one can be done. It seems like it's kind of up to the CA or the store...
I was at the flagship on 57th last month and didn’t see I love NY as an option. Hudson yards didn’t have any city stamps in Nov either. Maybe Soho? But my husband went there for me and said they also didn’t have any special city stamps. I think the smaller LV insider dept stores also have their own stamps sometimes. Sorry I can’t give you the exact store but at least that narrows the search. Good luck!I just started my collection a week before my London trip. The vivienne stamp was done in the Americana LV store in Manhasset, NY. New bond street let me choose between the 2 london stamps - I went with the London Bus. Also did my initials EM at new bond st. They said 48 hrs but It was ready in 24 hrs. Harrods was awesome and stamped multiple stamps for me ... they had basically everything except the London stamps. I ended up doing the Zodiac Cat and the LV lovers stamp across. It took a while for each stamp to heat up and my husband was getting antsy to leave but I probably could have done a few more stamps - they were VERY open to It! Selfridges told me the turn around was 4-5 days so that was a no. and lastly, Heathrow said the stamping machine was in a different terminal than where I was flying out of (virgin). I cant wait to collect more! I see that not every store is so receptive to doing It on the spot and try to deter you with the turn around (knowing some people are only there for a day or 2). I am now back home in New York and would love to get the stamp done here - which store has the I love new york stamp? Also I will be in Barcelona and Palma Mallorca in sept - do those stores have the stamp? How about Miami ?
Not sure if this helps, but I heat stamped my black luggage tag from my Keepall macassar and I love it!What are your thoughts on hot stamping a black Calfskin City Steamer luggage tag? Bad idea?
