You have to be lucky in order to get special Japanese hot stamp. The stamps are only in store two weeks at a time and they are only distributed to stores for special events such as cherry blossom, new product launch, etc. So the likelihood of you running into a store that just happen to be stamping special Japanese stamps is rare. You have to know people locally who know what's going on in order to find the store that has the special stamp. On top of that, you will need to bring your own luggage tag(s) and have to be a vic. Another way around that is buy seasonal bag(s) in store and ask them to stamp your luggage tag instead.
Taipei has quite a few special hot stamps. Eight to be exact (and possibly more coming out)! Basically every store in Taipei has at least one permanent special hot stamp but you will need to bring your own luggage tag(s). Even if you have a horizon luggage in your profile, they will not be able to sell a luggage tag to you. They will need to order a new one on your behalf from Paris. Both Tainan City and Kaohsiung City has one special hot stamp each if you travel down south on the island.
Singapore has two stamps. One is at the airport store.
HK has a couple as well.
Here we are: double heat stamped clochette. A different CA applied the clochette onto the bag and forwarded me that normally LV refrains from double heat stamp because of future flaking...he was concerned for Vivienne. He said the silver foil may flake off but the impression will remain. Given it’s on the opposite, I’m ok with the future and appreciated the honesty.

does anyone know if Louis Vuitton can still do this on card holders? I want a mono monogram card holder but with my initial hot stamped instead of painted....
I believe that the general rule now is to not stamp card holders as the hotstamp often turns out crooked.
Does anybody know about the general selection of color/numbers/lettering for heat stamping items in Canada? I contacted the LV hotline but they weren't too helpful. I was also wondering if they do heart/star shapes? Thanks

I bought Speedy 25 recently and had it hot stamped as well. When I purchased it I left the bag in good condition and picked it up after 4 days as it was the only time I was available. I only checked the initials the stamped and went home.
When I was about to use it, I noticed a mark on the leather handle and some ‘tear’ on the side where it was hot stamped.
I sent a message to my SA and she said that it is a risk when getting hot stamp if the person doing it is not careful. I told her that the person who does the hot stamp must be well-trained so damage to bag won’t happen. She then said that Speedy is hard to be hot stamped as it cannot go flat on surface.
Do you think they can replace my bag? This is my first LV bag and used my hard earned money to purchase this. I am visiting the store on the weekend to bring my bag and show it to them.

I went on a hunt for the hart when I was in Florida, I got mine done at the the Miami design district and they told me that the Aventura mall close to the Miami store had one and that the Tampa store had it.
The design district store is huge so definitely worth a visit!
