FYI: I was in the DC store, and the SA told me their American flag stamp was broken and sent to France for repair or replacement. He did not know when it would be back.

Does anyone know what types of stamps are available in London stores? I’m particularly interested in getting the heart stamp with my initial and also the bus and underground sign. Also how long does it normally take? I’m fairly new to heat stamping, thank you! : )

The heart stamp is only available in the US, the bus and underground stamps are available in London. It takes a couple of working days (I believe 3 or 4) to have something hotstamped there. Please make sure to bring your own tags as not every SA will sell them.
