Thanks so much for your response! I was actually planning on buying a new item at each place as a memento of my trip, but only wanted to if I could get the stamp on it. Both stores ended up missing out on $1000+ sales because of not having the heat stamp available. I was just wondering if there's a 'special' way to go about requesting the stamps since I've been denied everywhere. Thank you!

Not every store has the special stamp. I do not know which one in Australia. I just know the stamp is the Sydney Opera House so it is a store there, but there can be multiple ones in that city. I sent my tag to a personal shopper that took it into the store for me. When I go into stores myself, I just ask for the specific stamp I know about and haven't had problems. Good luck!
