So strange they call it The Horscars (as it was first mentioned here too), even throughout the "design history".
Surprising as in real life a good few people at the human Horscars carry the B bags
I just wanted to share a comparison pic of the marine pirouette, noir bandana and the bleu maharani ( I can't remember the colour combo on this one!). Hopefully this can help anyone who may be deciding on either of these two scarves this fall or become my twin on both!!
I can see i need the blue Maharani AND a CSGM bandana , thought I was satisfied with the Pirouette …
This is odd. Perhaps, it's a play on the word "Oscars"? (I truly don't know the right answer......)

But they really have to make up their minds to what the scarf is called, and then stick to it. Probably decided that "The Horscars" isn't obvious/clear enough. The name printed on the scarf however is "The Horsawards". Also, the pic QueenieQ shared with us form the Histoires des Carrés booklet isn't consistent with the design history online. H could really use some improvement in some areas.

Yes, it seems they aren't prepared to go the full Monty with the title in case those celebs get offended.' Horscars' too near the bone, 'Horsawards ' carefully deflects the possibility of legal action by the human Award lot.
I do simply love the design, and it has that lovely dip dye softness.
I went back to the pictures of the scarves and saw the title on the scarf, too. They could have used the pun in the description of it found in the booklet. As a matter of fact, the closing line for the write up could read, "And the Horscar goes to............" That would have been clever.Great minds think alike ladies!

You would think with the H-games they invented (and get away with), they would be brave enough to give a scarf a cheeky name!

That is a great color combo! I wouldn't have put these two colors together on my own, but I really like them.
Thank you very much, Angelian, for posting the Horse Awards colorways. It shows me I ordered the wrong one (shoot) but points me in the right direction going forward! Maybe I can gift the "wrong" one and, since I'm not attracted to too many 90 cm scarves this season, choose two cws for myself? Hmmmm. Anyhow, I love this design. It's so cheeky.

Thought I'd post some side by side comparison photos of the Space Shopping au Faubourg gavroches in CW 01, 08, 09 and 12 for reference.
As you can probably tell I'm a bit indecisive, so I ordered almost every colorThe CWs I thought I would like best ended up being my least favorite when worn. Still deciding which to keep, but leaning towards 01 and 09.

It's Horscars initially, so I guess H later changed the name because Horscars when pronounced in French = Oscar lol... And they don't want trouble.
