I agree that I don't love the new length of the maxi Twilly, but the double-sided designs are spectacular.

I got tired of waiting for my boutique to get Kachinas, so I went to Madison to pick one up...I know it's been previously posted here, but this one hasn't gotten the full BBC-enabling-photo treatment yet. Honestly, the colors are truly spectacular - just enough pop and neutrals.

I forget that the reason why Kachinas is so perennially popular is that it simply is a great design. It folds well. Not too busy, not too plain, and can be easily manipulated to show whatever your favorite part is.

I should know by now that if I'm not just dying to wear something as soon as I bring it home, I shouldn't get it in the first place. Pretty colors and a fab design are great, but not enough reason for me to buy...I must wanna wear it immediately!!! This one is going out soon!

It's gorgeous, BBC! And thank you for the wise words (in bold letters) -- may it always guide me! A fabulous design should not be the only reason to purchase. I should want to wear it straightaway! I love the happy moment of confusion choosing what scarf to wear each morning because so far (save for 1), I love everything in my small collection.

Frankly, I was not a big fan of the new Maxi Twilly format "Cut"... But I could not resist trying Astrologie Pois, because I love, love, love this design. The old twilly is exceptional in its length - for me the new one felt just too short at first as if something is missing... However: When I stopped comparing the new with the old and just let it stand for itself, it is quite lovely and I could not - and not at all! - leave it in the boutique! It is soft and casual and for me is maybe more like a 70x70 than a Maxi Twilly - just from the feel of things...
Just two quick pics taken in the evening in very bad lighting (the vest is actually light blue and not violet) to give you an idea. Hope to take better pics tomorrow. Astrologie Pois - cw 6 - marine/ciel/petrole (really do not know why some of the pics are soo HUGE and some are not... Sorry.)

Lovely design, lovely cw (just wishing you hadn't shown me ha ha)

Thank heavens these came in because I had a credit note burning a hole in my pocket and couldn't rest until these were under my belt. My choices were slightly predictable for those who know me but to my mind not duplicating anything I have already too strongly

Quad 70 - this was the only cw that worked for me, and I don't think I any scarves mainly in paler blues. I consider it a miracle H released a Q in a format that actually shows the horses when folded before axing the 70s altogether. Now after a Quadridge print wallet and as a lining for a bag, I feel as though I have my Quadridge scarf and can sigh for a job done

To borrow TT's phrase. This is a serious scarf. I put it on and I feel serious. For me, this is the evening version of flanerie de versailles, and if ever I felt there was a 'power scarf' it's this. I spent some very happy holidays visiting versailles and the place holds wonderful memories but I was never there in the evening. For those that need to know the yellow is acid yellow and not gold but somehow it works on a scarf dedicated to the Sun-king's palace. I like 2 other cws but none more than this, so am undecided if I should buy any more. If they ask, tell them I want to be buried wearing this scarf.

Exactly the same thoughts, hoped I'll find my astrology sign on it but that's not sure as it's 'cut'. I have the red purple and grey one on hold for me to see if I like it IR. Congrats for your purchase. I tell myself the old maxi was too long anyway[emoji3]
Dear Pourquoipas, the Astrologie Pois features Aries, Taurus, Libra, Gemini and Cancer (and with a little bit of imagination also Pisces.). However, it is definitely a beautiful piece even if your sign would not be present!
