Very interesting, but I'm still pouting the 'fuller' MTs are gone and it's take me a while to recover ha ha
Thank heavens these came in because I had a credit note burning a hole in my pocket and couldn't rest until these were under my belt. My choices were slightly predictable for those who know me but to my mind not duplicating anything I have already too strongly
Quad 70 - this was the only cw that worked for me, and I don't think I any scarves mainly in paler blues. I consider it a miracle H released a Q in a format that actually shows the horses when folded before axing the 70s altogether. Now after a Quadridge print wallet and as a lining for a bag, I feel as though I have my Quadridge scarf and can sigh for a job done
To borrow TT's phrase. This is a serious scarf. I put it on and I feel serious. For me, this is the evening version of flanerie de versailles, and if ever I felt there was a 'power scarf' it's this. I spent some very happy holidays visiting versailles and the place holds wonderful memories but I was never there in the evening. For those that need to know the yellow is acid yellow and not gold but somehow it works on a scarf dedicated to the Sun-king's palace. I like 2 other cws but none more than this, so am undecided if I should buy any more. If they ask, tell them I want to be buried wearing this scarf.

Love both, good choices! Both are outstanding. Sometimes I think most of my H stuff will outlive me but I'll have my daughter handle this, hopefully not for a very long time. Enjoy them both in best health!

These are both favorite designs of mine as well, but WOW what an interesting CW of Versailles. I don't think I've seen it on the website or IRL. When you have time, I would love to see it worn. What will you pair it with? Congrats!!

I've just bought this (and matching skirt already - still waiting for the jacket) http://www.boden.co.uk/en-gb/womens...s/we551/womens-elizabeth-british-tweed-blazer but I think I already have plenty of things to wear with it, a cashmere/cotton acid yellow cardi, vintage corral pink tweed jacket, other tweeds (slightly obsessed ATM) vintage pink-red velvet coat, lots of grey, silver and inky blue.
