Other reason...its just my opinion, others might differ on this. A scarf is an accent. I want a little color, design, pizzazzzzzzz. Not gaudy, but just a touch. Something to accent my wardrobe of plain neutrals; not something to blend into them. (Oh sorry all, I hope not hurt anyone's feelings w this...its just my op! I fully respect what works for you too.)

03 is that touch on u, w a touch of pizzazzzzy jazzy wow.
04 recedes, blends in, is subtle, but not that pizzazz.

It's a design that transforms in different cws, not just 'as is' but on different people. I know the same could be said of many H-designs but Au Bout du Monde typifies that trait.
I love the scarf design over all, and I love, love, love both of these cws, totally different moods. But when someone says they can't keep both and asks which looks better on, it's the mod shot that counts, and you summed up exactly what I felt seeing rk, the pizzazz stands out a mile.

Aw thank you guys! [emoji5] You all are so sweet and made my day. I think the pizzazz came from that the colors on 03 photograph particularly well. I merely tied it according to the ways I learned from you lovely scarfies here. The blue one looks flatter on the picture but IRL the different blue hues stand out much more. As I finally took the tag off the blue one today (yes I did!) I saw all your lovely comments about the beige/orange one it almost made me change my mind again haha! Thank you for all your input!! The blue one ultimately prevailed because it's low maintenance and easy to throw on and go. The beige/orange one will always have a special place in my mind! Sometimes, you don't have to own it to appreciate it[emoji1][emoji1]

Agreed! I was in "our store" yesterday too and low selection (didn't stop me from picking up a csgm they did have...I blame my lack of control on hormones). My Sa noted there wouldn't be much in until September. You won't miss anything until then--is the word I've heard.

I heard the same. I'm in USA my SA told me silk shipments slowed for August and I should see new goods around mid September

Thank you lovely bag! I think you will really like Hermes Electrique, I find I have been wearing it non-stop since I got it!! And to answer your question, I do order online...sometimes with very good luck and other times I return. Unfortunately, I do not live as close to a boutique as I would like, and my boutique doesn't always have a lot of stock in the designs I want to see, so online is how I must proceed. Although I would prefer to see IRL, online ordering can be returned for full refund vs. store credit if I am not happy with the colorway. HTH's!!:biggrin:

The more I look at the photo, the more im convinced the one I saw was not this light blue cw. It's color palette looked much more teal, blue and dark grey. I suspect many will go gaga for this cw.

I'm fairly certain I'm going to choose a cw I don't yet have in my collection. I'm not sure of the number, but I love this one.

Today I've seen this one IRL. The center is hard recognizable in this cw. The green one much better.
